Worst body massage I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t get the name of the woman who massaged me but she was definitely falling asleep. Only used elbows. As she kept going over one section, she completely stopped and I hear heavy breathing. Throughout the massage I had to constantly nudge or look up and she will resume very quickly…My boyfriend paid for me without my knowledge before I could speak to the manager. Very very disappointed. Reading some of the reviews, it seems like this issue has been ongoing and the owner has not made any changes.

this was not a enjoyable massage, i find it un professional the way the staff were laughing and talking the entire massage. and they were very rough, way to much pressure. someone kept opening the door to our room and it is my birthday today. we come here all the time. not happy

I took my dad here for a fathers day gift and he loved it!~ reflexology with technician Alex was awesome. Highly recommend. Way better than overpriced spas yet you still get a spa feeling with tea, relaxing music and comfortable setting.

Best place to go. The masseuse did a good job for my tired feet. She was so good I almost dozed off. Right amount of pressure.Facility was clean and dim lighting sets the atmosphere for relaxation.Definitely going back.

I had my first massage at Big Feet last weekend with Fanny for a 75 min massage. Fanny was thorough and did a great job. She made sure the pressure wasn’t too much and made sure I was okay. I will definitely be back and will recommend my friends and family!!

Just had an great experience on Saturday evening. Michelle is such a dedicated, polite and great person. Super nice and i got the best massage. I know some people might have some bad experiences but tuat doesn't mean they are bad. I would highly suggest going there and not too expensive as well. Very affordable. Thank you michelle again. I will come back again soon.

I have been taking my dad to Big Feet Guildford for several years now, and because of the effectiveness, I also started going to Big Feet Guildford myself.One of the receptionists, Bobo, is very welcoming and caring, always arranging the most suitable masseurs/masseuses for my elderly father. Masseurs/masseuses like Alex, Peter, Mark, Anney, Fanny, etc. have given us massages, and each one treats us very seriously and tries their best to make us feel better. Personally, I think Anney's massage technique is the most suitable for us because she is proficient in acupoints. Although there may be pain when massaging the meridian acupoints, only feeling the pain can truly have a therapeutic effect. I am very grateful to Anney for always working tirelessly! I admire her spirit of dedication very much!
