Huge thanks to Nadeem for his excellent service today ordering glasses for myself and my wife. He was very knowledgable, and made the process easy dealing directly with both our benefit companies etc. I will definately be back to order some sunglasses in the near future. I had a very pleasant experience getting a new pair o sunglasses here. I was helped by a handsome young man Nadeem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful with finding the perfect pair of sunglasses for me. I got my sunglasses prescriptioned and they did an amazing job with the tinting on the lenses and they were finished within a week. I love them! I would highly recommend this place and Nadeem for all your optical needs.

I used lens r us while I lived in Langley and enjoyed the service, however I have since moved to Kelowna and it’s been a nightmare dealing with them. All I need is my prescription emailed to me so I can purchase eyewear in Kelowna and safely operate my vehicle. I’m going on three weeks now with three phone calls and one email to them asking them to forward me my prescription. Each phone call has been answered, acknowledge however they have continued to not send me my prescription even after saying they will after every phone call. I’m not sure what they’re trying to do here? Is this a control thing or because I moved and can’t give them my business anymore? I’m really confused and just want my prescription sent to my email so I can safely drive at night in the Okanagan where I lived to.Jeffrey Kilpatrick

Lens R Us is the best optical store I have ever had the opportunity to shop at. From having a huge selection of glasses and contacts to their own in house team of optometrists there was never any reason to shop anywhere else.Nadeem the optician was patient, knowledgeable and conscientious and in the end helped me find the first pair of glasses that I have liked wearing in years. He was also willing to take the time to figure out what worked best for my benefits plan.If you are looking for a pair of glasses make this the first shop on your list, and make sure you ask for Nadeem.

Nathan is very helpful and always finds the right glasses for myself and my family members, and the pricing is really reasonable as well!**Updated review**I understand that with COVID a lot of things have changed, but the last time I went to get a pair of glasses I was looking at paying 150+ more than I paid for the exact same glasses a year or so before. I know that this company has to make money like everyone else, but I feel there is a fair amount of gouging going on here. Hopefully they are able to readjust their prices in the future, but for now myself and my family will be going elsewhere to buy glasses.
