Can not say enough good things about both locations or the staff. Not only have they hired probably the best looking people in the province to work at either location but the professionalism and knowledge is deep. A very deep pool of goodness here

It took over an hour and a half to get a new sim card. Customer service line had the rep on hold for a full hour waiting to get the sim set up. Horrible call in customer service. The rep in store was very apologetic and tried to be upbeat about it.

Information about purchase was not explained well, therefore we left feeling as if the product and plan were not what had been looking for. Staff were then unavailable by telephone, to attempt to rectify the situation.

After 8 years with my cell phone it was finally time to upgrade so I went to this MTS store as it is in my neighborhood. When I arrived there were only two visible staff who were helping other customers. I waited 15-20 minutes for one of them to become available. Finally one of the customers left and the now-available employee disappeared into the back room. She eventually reappeared with an armful of inventory. She completely ignored the fact that there was a customer waiting so after a few minutes I approached her and said that I wanted to replace my phone. She said, “Sorry, I have to do up an inventory order.” She didn’t sound sorry at all and did not even say that her colleague would be able to help me in a few minutes. I turned on my heel and walked out. Since when does dealing with inventory take precedence over a customer standing right in front of you? In summary, this store has terrible customer service and I will not return.

I came to the MTS location on Victoria after being extremely displeased with my customer service experience at their Shoppers Mall location. The man who helped me (I unfortunately do not remember his name) was very helpful. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He made me feel very welcome in the store, answered all of my questions clearly and provided me with lots of information. I left the store feeling very well informed about my options. Thank you for the GREAT service !

MTS is pathetic.They took over a year to change our mailing address. Every month, we call and sometimes be at MTS in person giving our new home address to update. Everytime we get the bill it still has our previous home address. It still has the previous address today.We were going to get basic tv and the lady on the phone tells me we will offer you the basic that's priced at $58.85 down to $40 a month for 1 FULL YEAR. Than when she calls my husband to let them know there coming out and what time they will be here, she changes the price and tells him a whole different price. My husband tells me that were not getting the $40 for 12 months like they said we would.We cancelled the appointment and will be watching our bills very closely to make sure they don't sneak the Fibe Basic TV on our bill for $58.85Please stay away from MTS as there nothing but liars and can't ever update your account after many attempts of telling them.

If you have to choose between not having internet and using Bell Internet, I recommend you save your money. If you pay for it. You won't have internet anyway. They've tried multiple routers, changing wires on our end and theirs and they can't make our home have stable internet.
