The place was just great and we had a great time with friends. I just don't like to order food before going there. We placed our dinner order for all four of us the night before.

Veey cool place. I mean, it's the Italian social club so you know the food is the best! Service was great. Lots of fun. Love the indoor lawn bowling right there. Feels like something out of a mob movie hahaha

Great food! Recommend the short ribs. It's an Italian club so don't expect a romantic dinner. Service was good.

My friend invited me out for pizza Saturday and on the way to where we were going she told me about La Cantina at the Italian Club, so we decided to go there. I was very glad we did.We got there at 7:45, booking ahead of time which is advisable. We were seated at a corner table overlooking the restaurant, and the place was busy. Despite this, our service was quick and friendly.As for the food, LOVED it all. The shrimp was very tasty and also a great option for gluten free. The gnocchi paired well with the 9oz. Sangiovese, actually everything did.Definitely going back again soon.

We enjoyed a take out order from La Cantina recently. It is a small restaurant located in the Calgary Italian Cultural Centre and it features an extremely clean and modern decor. The food was superlative and all 4 of us were well fed and we enjoyed leftovers too! If you’re looking for quality and authenticity for Italian cuisine and are not concerned about lavish decor you definitely must put La Cantina at,the top of your next Italian dining! La Bella vie (spelling?).

Nice restaurant with very tasty food. I enjoyed the veal with some really delicious roasted veggies. They also have indoor bocce which was fun to play with friends

The calamari, anti pasto and wise guy pizza was absolutely yummy. Their gin Caesar was delicious.
