Keith was very helpful, I was a little lost on where to find a couple of stuff on my list. Keith without me asking for help approached me and asked me if I needed any help on finding the stuff. He then walked me to the products I was looking for and showed me the other options that were available. I used to work at a Home Depot down Florida and I can tell you there isn't much people like Keith. Those are the valuable employees willing to go above and beyond in there jobs. Keith im proud of your work. Keep it going.

The sales girl that helped me was great but my delivery experience was horrible. I purchased a dryer and payed for delivery and installation. The guy installing started cursing and yelling while installing my dryer which should have been a quick 10 min job at most. He unfortunately ruined my fitting under the floor when hooking up the back hose. He called his boss and I was then told that I would have to call someone to fix what he broke and that I would have to pay for it and they cant finish the install. I asked for the managers number and he told me I would get a call on Monday which I never got a call and it's now been over a week. I now have a new dryer I can't use.

Great selection of succulents. Clean and stocked store. Very clean bathrooms. We were offered assistance a couple of times, showing helpful customer service.

Really awesome employees here! Someone called me to make sure my order was sitting in the cloud (a returned Christmas delivery that failed). We tried to drive to Minot but the blizzard happened. Thanks for following up!!

The store is always well lit and easy to get in and out of. I do like having a live checkout clerk but the self-checkout is a nice alternative to waiting! Seems lumber prices are still rather steep at the moment, will have to hold off on a couple of projects.

I've never shopped here before but when I did i had grate customer service! Emma and Sophia were amazing to have! They answered all our questions we had and at check out we had some trouble but they went out of there way and even more to help us with our washer and dryer we got! If you go to home depot to shop I would highly recommend Emma and Sophia they were great!

Tough transaction!They called after we left to say that my payment was showing quote and not paid so I had to email them my receipt to show proof of purchase.I wanted to speak with the manager and was never provided that access to her, unfortunately during the transaction and when they called to verify the purchase.Some of the staff provided good customer service. Did not get my drink because they didn’t talk to me about credit either - their loss.So I am not sure if I should expect better but other Home Depot stores would make this one look very bad because their levels of service are so much better!

The customer service is wonderful and one of the main reasons why I shop here over other places. Craig was especially helpful and didn't shy away when I had a large order of lumber and other items. He even took the time to let me tell him about my project and helped make sure my trailer was loaded. Very impressed!
