Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I don’t rent cars very much, but because mine was in the shop getting fixed, I had to. This experience with enterprise was the best it could’ve been. I would highly recommend dealing with them, I will go there before anywhere else if needed in the future. Thanks to my Nigerian brother for the Convo when picking me up and dropping me off.

Had a long-term rental from this location (Oct 2022-Feb 2023) - The team at this location was very friendly and fantastic. I had dealt with Andrew most of the time. He is excellent to deal with. He is very personable; provided superb customer service; consistently taking care of what we needed. Highly recommend this location!!

Most easiest car rental place ever, so friendly…I went today to close a rental and open a new one I was in an out in 10 minutes and that’s with them being super busy…. Salman was great.. will be back and recommend this location to people… :)

Rented a car with my mom today. The cost of the car including deposit was more than what my mom expected to pay, and therefore had her card decline. Devin was extremely patient with her and offered any suggestions he could to ensure we were still able to leave with a car. 5 stars for Devin's wonderful customer service this morning!!

The staff are always so polite and friendly. I'm not very knowledgeable with vehicles and they always take the time to review how to use the different functions in each vehicle for me. I rent frequently from the Oshawa Enterprise and have only had good experiences. Pick up and drop off have always been quick and easy, they are accommodating with pick up and drop off times outside of their hours. They are kind enough to pick me up or drop me off if needed. When I left a belonging in one of the vehicles, I didn't realize until weeks later and the staff still had it when I went back to ask. Thank you for being consistently friendly and helpful!

My experience at Enterprise Rent A Car in Oshawa was a likable experience. I met in an accident, so I had no vehicle to get to their place. They offered to pick me up, and upon returning the vehicle, I was also given a ride back home. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Big up to the workers, specifically to the young man who dropped me home, very pleasant.

This is by far my favorite location! I am a frequent car renter and I have visited many locations throughout the GTA this location has definitely set the bar high with their level of customer service provided!A business is only as strong as the employees working there!!The team consist of the following: (These are who I have interacted with)Devin- had the most phone pleasant mannerism, it was such pleasure speaking to him over the phone regarding my reservation.Aran, CJ, Geerthana, Thishique - Are the life of the office, you are greeted and acknowledged immediately upon entry. And let me just say it doesn't matter the time of the day(I arrived at 7:30am still in sleep mode) and their energy were unmatched!Mordecai-Super professional gentleman!! He got in and was given the task of driving me back to my home, he immediately greeted me and off we went!! Great driver and not aggressive while driving!KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Best place to rent a car in Durham, Thishique Kabamba and this locations team are legends, helped get the right car for me and made the pickup and drop off seamless, this location works hard for the customer experience. Cars are extremely clean, they put a lot of detail into making sure everything is clean and ready for when you need it, they provide everything you could need in the cars as well, like any cable adapters needed for your phone and cleaning wipes, they take their time to communicate with you and make sure everything is going smooth. Highly recommend this location.

I made a reservation online, took a taxi to the location and was told they could no longer honor the booked reservation due to lack of availability. No one bothered to contact me prior. They admitted their wrong doing and were kind but this did not solve my problem or refund my cab money and time.

Something very very shady going on here. My mother in law rented a 2023 Jeep Wrangler from here on Thursday. When she got in the vehicle she got a notification on her iphone saying “air tag” detected, indicating an Apple tracking device was in the Jeep. She assumed this was just Enterprises way of tracking the vehicle. She picked us up from the airport and proceeded to have dinner in downtown Toronto. Low and behold we got back to the parking lot and the Jeep was gone. We contacted the police and correct authorities, but all of our possessions were gone and we were left with only the clothes on our back. Enterprise has been incredibly difficult, and unresponsive to all of our needs during this time. Paying for the maximum level of additional insurance still doesn’t cover our possessions. They have been playing telephone tag, saying that a regional manager will call us back, and here we are several days later and nothing. The icing on the cake is that my mother in law was STILL CHARGED for her 4 hours of renting the vehicle. But it’s okay, the man working ensured her that “this wouldn’t affect her ability to rent a car in the future”. All in all this has been incredibly frustrating, enterprise has taken 0 accountability and have been not helpful at all. Seem like they may know more about the AirTag being in the vehicle then they are saying…. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire….Cannot say this enough but DO NOT RENT HERE and if you do be wary or your vehicle and items may just get stolen.
