3 stars = it's okayInder was polite and respectable and made an informative presentation that was a nice refresher about fire safety.It was a 2hour visit. Much longer than anticipated and was not really explained during the initial call so I was not prepared for it.At the end it was a sales pitch for their Omnishield system which is great to know a product like this exists on the market.Considering how little information is available online about Omnishield. We decided to do further research to verify if this is considered the right" product for us."

Mehrdad was very professional and well versed in presenting the information on fire safety in the home. So much information we did not know. So grateful for the time he took with us and now we are looking forward to using this system to protect our home and loved ones. Thank you. Brenda & Rick

Was referred by a friend and was a bit skeptical at first but my friend said they're super cool so I had the guys come over. Mardi and Carmen were professional and took the time and care to share with us fire safety and stuff we never would have thought. I was blown away by the information that they shared! We're so happy with our new safety system and highly recommend them to everyone. I would say it's the product you never knew you needed!

I was shocked to hear about the smoke detectors I currently have. I feel much better learning about the safety devices that CCH & HS will provide my family, pets, and my safety. I will also enjoy my free first aid kit.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I don't normally write reviews but I hope this helps someone else before signing anything with them!If you want to cancel with this company, MAKE SURE YOU DO IT IN EMAIL AND WITHIN 10 DAYSWe called the SECOND DAY to cancel and they kept giving us the run around. They kept saying they weren't available or they couldn't come out that day. They finally scheduled a day to come by but it was right after the 10th day, they purposefully avoided talking or coming to our house until then. We called them 3 times, all within the 10 day time period and they KNEW we wanted to cancel and yet didn't say anything about sending an email. They purposefully waited until the 10 day time period was over before telling us we had to send an email to cancel. Overall shady behaviour!!The terms of their loan is also ridiculous, please do the math before you sign!

What started as a suspicious presentation regarding some fire safety information, turned into a life lesson!Harry T ensured that he passes on 100% of the information he has on fire safety to the other person! Made me realize how easy it is to lose your house, your family, your memories, your whole life to a FIRE!The home evaluation brought out so many blind spots and very clearly proved the inefficiency of the smoke alarms" we all have in our homes!And the best part? He never forced me to buy anything

Great resource to learn about Fire Safety. Very interesting OmniShield presentation and the home evaluation exercise they go thru is incredibly comprehensive to learn about your home and get that peace of mind. Our safety advisor Harry was very friendly and accommodating to whatever questions we had!
