Very Poor Customer service Mentality, Don't ever give your credit card and don't ever get a car from here, they will charge you extra money without telling you from your credit card. I had a very very bad experience with this rental company. my insurance allowed 1500 for the rental and this company gave it for 1900 and my garage mechanic paid the rest of owing 400+, after few weeks they charged 400.00 from my credit card. this rental company is very very greedy person who likes to steal money from others pocket. They need change this mentality or they should leave this business. I don't even want to give a STAR but i have to in order to post this and People be aware of this company. i don't want others to go through these situations.

I have been renting trucks and cars from them for some times .when i came into pick up my rental the employees had my vehicle ready to go. i got out in great time. i was really impressed how easy it went , that has not always been my experience.when ever i use the 407 or receive any parking tickets i do inform them and pay them as well without letting them to charge me on my credit card .I do know that they have the right to charge my credit card.Thanks.

WARNNING stay away . Charged $129.99 a day for an AUDI A4. Plus $99.00 for delivery of the vehicle total payed for 21 days $3,243.76. WARNNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Rented a car from them due to my car being involved in a collision. The person who had hit my car had to pay for my rental because my car was in for service. Everything was fine until i got a bill from my credit card company stating they a fee of $84.75. So i called Alpha Car Rental company and inquired about the amount was taking out. He responded saying there was dog hair in car and i agreed stating yes i have a pet but no where it said no pets allowed in car nor did he mention it to me. He states that he called the number i gave but I actually didn't receive a call and was charged for something really stupid. The car wasn't in any perfect to start with had enough visual imperfections and the way he handled the matter wasn't nice. Overall bad experience with this company wouldn't recommend it at all!

This guys a big scam in gta charges me $1000 on my credit card then he was blaming other car rental alpha luxuary when I rent it car from alpha car rental.Again we rent it car from you you charged my credit card then you were playing games of saying it’s not your it’s alpha luxury it’s you who we rent it from now your telling me to do charge back if you can’t do proper bussiness don’t do so stop blaming it to others

Baddest car rental ever witnessed rude spoken people no manners. The rental i booked had snow in front of it when I asked to remove it they took the key back inside and asked me that they won’t give me the car. Me and my friend drive for 45mins from brampton to Scarborough for the car as I needed it very urgent. Baddest car rental never ever go here.
