CORT Furniture Rental - Service Area

We are extremely pleased with the work of Danielle Bixler, the Redmond CORT consultant, who provided outstanding help to us in an emergency situation. She quickly arranged the complete furnishing of an apartment, including living/dining. bedroom, and office furniture, as well as all linens, kitchen, and bathroom needs. The delivery and setup were carried out very professionally and pleasantly. For the past 16 months, this has been a life-saver for us while our house was reconstructed. We also appreciated the very good help of the CORT representative Brittany Martin, who explained the rental process and helped us select the long list of items we would need. All of our experience with CORT, including their furniture buyout plan, has been excellent.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to make adjustments to our rental.I spoke with Robin and her manager and they were unbelievably helpful and caring. They were willing to help us. Placed order in advance, called many times, with promise that someone will get back to me with estimates for rentals. After week, and multiple follow ups. Called again to be told that everything is booked few months in advance and my order can't be accommodated. Also, poor phone etiquette.

I am not usually one to leave negative review. But I need to get these peoples attention somehow. Recently use Cort furniture for my two bedroom apartment. Before delivery they were super responsive, when i called someone is always there answering my questions and assisting. Now that the furnitures have been delivered nothing, i have been calling all week to no avail. I ordered there Lux package, they brought a metal frame with an headboard that doesn’t match anything in the room there is a chip on the dresser and a tear on the box spring, i was trying to get the bed upgrade to a king, and the chair changed because it didn’t match with the other furniture no response. Honestly if it wasn’t for the hassle of getting rid of furnitures at move out i would’ve just buy everything. Wish i could get my money back because this was not worth it!!!!

The customer service is excellent and prices reasonable. But, check very carefully for bugs! I had a mattress delivered to a new apartment building and bought completely new linens. I started developing red marks on my skin which I attributed to an allergic reaction. Nope! Bed bugs. When I finally had proof, I got slapped with a $500 delousing fee and $500 fee to replace the mattress. To their credit, they offered to pay half. Still, I was charged $500 for a problem I most likely didn't create. The lease agreement puts the onus on you to inspect everything for bugs; once they deliver, it's your problem.Update: They called me and agreed to pay the charges in full, which is nice. I wish I didn't have to go through the whole experience, but in the end customer service won out.

We are doing a cross-country move, and in the process we ended up needing to do a short-term apartment rental between the end of the home sale and the end of the school year. So, we needed some furniture for the short-term as well. After researching multiple companies, we chose CORT Furniture Rental because of the great reviews. So far, the customer service has been spectacular. First, when we called with questions, we had a phenomenal interaction plus a friendly follow-up email to that call that allowed us to contact that person directly. When we placed our order, it was fun filling an online shopping cart with furniture CORT organizes the shopping experience room by room so you don't forget anything, and you could easily change the lease window in the process, too. Once the order was complete, we got an easy to understand email with the order. The delivery date was confirmed a few days prior, and it was then that we received a confirmed delivery window. The day of, the furniture arrived early in the delivery window, and the duo that delivered were extremely professional (taking photos of the condition of our house/doorways prior and photos of every angle of the delivered furniture to document delivery condition). The furniture was great quality, too. Since the delivery, I've received even more communication to make sure all went well and to inform me how to schedule a pickup when the lease is up. The communication and customer service truly is top notch.

Your trucks may be big and red, but they're not fire trucks. Which begs the question as to why I continuously see your trucks parked in fire zones and fire lanes and blocking fire hydrants.
