Have used this company several times to purchase and repair Bosch Dremel and Rotozip products and accessories. Personal attention - reasonable prices and great service. Endlessly patient with customer questions, and for the products they sell / service, the people know their stuff! Warranty repairs were easy, free, and usually back within a few days or a week. A couple of times I left a message and got a call back within an hour. Highly recommended. One note: do not just drop in" without confirming you can gain access - they have specifically scheduled times when retail customers can drop stuff off Monday to Thursday."

My motor for my Dremel 3D45 was not working at all. I called the # in my User Manual for the printer and found a very friendly and helpful woman named Maureen at the company. She spoke to me about the scope of the issue, the part, and the next steps.Very helpful as well for following up with me via email and phone call for additional information.My part showed up within a week of consulting with her and Giles Tool.Thank you very much for this help! Now my classroom printer is back up and running perfectly.
