Jeff was friendly, responsive and able to quickly diagnose the problem after 2 separate companies could not figure what was wrong with the thermostat during last years cold snap. He also helped me fix my fridge with a level of customer care I have not seen in some time. I have experienced nothing from Jeff except for quality workmanship and fair business dealings, Highly recommended!
