Joe was awesome at the Costco in Guelph. In just 20 minutes I managed to get a sweet deal on a new Google phone and he somehow saved me $5 on my monthly bill for two phones, while adding 50 Gigs! Incredible

Joe at Costco Guelph was extremely knowledgeable with the different plans. Explained to me that my current plan was great. Explained the various phones and their features. Asked my main use of the phone and made suggestions. I am very happy with my experience with Joe!

JP has helped me find a good phone and plan more than once. Always a great experience. He explains everything clearly but never takes up time on unnecessary details or applies sales pressure tactics. On top of this he really tries to find the best match in terms of both the phone and the plan. Plus the reasonable prices and deals made this phone purchase a breeze.

I had 2 visits, attended by Khalid both times. He was patient and helped make purchasing a new iPhone so much easier. I had every confidence that he was guiding me honestly. Was nice that he could follow up for the second visit. The staff are very attentive here.

Excellent customer service. Joe and Phoebe are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a working phone before we left. This is the second phone we’ve purchased through the kiosk and the first was with JP, he is very knowledgeable and patient as getting a new cell can be taxing. I would highly recommend there services if you need a new phone. Excellent work guys we are highly impressed with your service and dedication.
