Truly wonderful. Have had work done here in the past. Most recently I needed alterations on a bridesmaid dress and no longer live in the area. They worked so hard to accommodate my limited time when home. Excellent service

First let me say I’ve never left a business review but felt this one needs one. I will say the staff is very nice and that’s where the good ends. That being said I dropped some clothing off for tailoring. After a month and hearing nothing I called they apologized for how long it was taking as they had 3 large orders come in. They are a small business so I would never want to take good money out of their pockets. I accepted the apology and they asked me to give them 2 more wks. I agreed. After another month of hearing nothing I began calling, leaving numerous messages and hearing nothing in return. Went to the business twice to find the door locked and no hrs or anything on the door. On the second trip there after calling twice with no answer I could hear someone inside the office so I began knocking. Low and behold someone came to the door and I could see multiple workers inside. The woman whom I believe to be the owner knew exactly who I was and began apologizing. She then told me she wasn’t going to be able to do the work and took me to my clothing that had not moved from the original place on the rack that I had set them. Over 2 months, no call, no response and no movement of my clothing at all. Very sad and very unprofessional. I will not use them again nor recommend them. If you can find somewhere else I suggest you do.
