I thought that I lost my precious Tesla Model X to a crash but 427 Auto had other plans. Not only did they repair the car , they made it exact same if not better. Wrap & trim matched too. On top of it was great customer service, frequent and timely updates which included all details about the parts eta, repairs status and expected timeline. Easy rental availability and rental left with them while picking up my car. No issues at all. On top their life time warranty on the work done gave me full confidence that I was in good hands. All in all it was a great seamless experience. Never ever made a single call or text about the ongoing repairs , they proactively provided all the info. I would highly recommend 427 Auto to all. Great customer service ,regular true and honest updates , highly trained and experienced techs/mechanics and great workmanship make them class apart from others . I will go back to them if needed without any hesitation at all.

After my wife got rear-ended, there was only one place I wanted our car taken to: CSN 427 Auto Collision in Etobicoke. Our car was given a thorough inspection, estimate, and eventually, it was repaired, with the body properly straightened.When we got it back we were very pleased by the repairs. We will continue to recommend CSN 427 Auto Collision to any of our friends in Toronto who need auto body repairs.My only wish is that I had inquired about getting the entire car repainted. The back looks so good, it now makes all the scratches on the front more noticable.

If you are concerned about the quality of repairs you should avoid this body shop.What’s worse is that they can’t even keep their word. I talked to the owner and the manager yesterday at the body shop and they agreed to rework on the paint, but they lied. Frank, who is the owner and chief technician, told me that he is much happier than I am because he has poor eyesight and hearing. I would say that if that's the case, you shouldn't be doing the job of a technician. You can feel happy and turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to a defective repair, but the customer will not be happy.So, after over six months of repairs and many visits to this body shop, I now own a noisy, poorly painted car. They don't answer my phone calls. They don't respond to my emails. They don't take any responsibility. What kind of company is this!Update: The car was sent to the body shop yesterday. I hope this rework will be once and for all with good results. I will update this review accordingly.By the way, It was rude of John to say to me, to the day you die." I was literally shocked. The context was that he wanted to play down the significance of the paint and noise issues in one’s life time. But his insensitive reference to death was really disturbing. I will still work with him though.Thanks for the attention.Update: After 10 days I got the car back. The paint is more acceptable now

Several positive experiences this year, very quality work, approved for warranty coverage from insurance companies, text message updates throughout. Be mindful, this is a large shop, due to the high quality of work, they're extremely busy, so your car may take 1-2 months for completion, even with current supply chain shortages. This may impact your rental car coverage, excellent complimentary coffee.

Good quality of work. But Double check the Scope of Work before you drop off the vehicle. And make sure they agreed not to execute additional work without your consent.I had a small collision and wanted to replace the small bumper piece that holds the radar sensor. The rep booked me in and said it would take a week to a week and half.After dropping my vehicle and waited a week. I got hold of the rep and was told the repair would take at least another week as they are now painting the bumper....When I said I was only there to replace the broken piece and the additional work was not communicated or approved by me. I was not aware the bumper needed to be painted..... the response I got was: because you didn't ask".Although this repair is claimed through insurance

I had similar issues with the other poor reviews. I brought our Volvo in to get a rear end and the side door fixed. They had our car for 3 weeks. I get notifications on my phone every time the car gets unlocked and they worked on the car max 5-6 days. Not sure why they scheduled it this way. Enterprise is also in the building so maybe they want to keep the car longer so enterprise bills more and they get a larger cut. Also one time I got a notification at 1 am in the morning about the car being unlocked which I thought was very strange.Another issue, we picked up the car finally and the paint job was botched with a dent. And the alignment of a new piece on the side door wasn’t flush. My wife told them to fix it and we had to come back the next day. You definitely need to double check their work because they definitely do not do that which is concerning.On top of these issues, my wife thinks the engine sounds strange and her key fob is suddenly low in battery.The service and the people are nice but something makes my six sense tingle about this place.
