I dealt with the old aged person at the front desk, and my experience is very sour. He possesses zero skills on dealing with people and is borderline rude. The fee associated with the service you came for will change at his whim. He is severely unorganized which leads you to question if he will be able to handle your important papers properly. It took him 4 tries to get information in the 1 paragraph corrected even after I wrote down the exact details for him. I believe a Kindergarten kid will be able to get it done right than him. Overall a terrible experience.
