So glad I found this location this year! The staff is so friendly, the direct billing is easy and the massages are fantastic! Fern and Sam are always such a pleasure to see, and Fern is always able to get the knots out for me. I highly recommend them to my friends and family when they’re looking for a RMT!

I had heard okay reviews about this place from a family member and decided to try it out. Not the cleanest place I must say, nor was the massage very helpful or comforting. But the massage therapist was extremely nice and I wouldn’t want to bad mouth her as she was just trying her best & doing her job. However, the real issue is with the receptionist. He’s an elder man and was extremely nice to me and my partner as we entered the establishment. We even had a good conversation before I went in for my appointment. After my appointment, he was having some trouble creating a file for me and continuously blamed me for providing him with incorrect insurance information, even though he didn’t ask me for it. He was extremely rude to me as my partner was no longer with me, and treated me as if I was a child who had done something wrong, when I was just trying to pay. Then, my family member went back to the same massage place and came back with a huge story that this same receptionist had told them. The story was about me (a customer he had met once) and my partner (who had simply dropped me off) and it was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful that this man thought it was okay to spread unnecessary lies simply because he was frustrated with me, again for I don’t know what reason. I will never be returning to this establishment because of this receptionist, even though many of my family members had gone there and now we all refuse to go back. I was a polite customer, simply trying to get a massage and being disrespected like that will NOT fly with me. It was also a disgusting story that was basically gossip, even though I was simply in and out of that place in under an hour anyways.

Best place to go for massage. The lady was so professional and did a great work that all my body pain was gone. I almost slept in my session. Surely recommend this place

The female massage therapist here does such a fantastic job. She can do Thai massage and so I always get a Swedish (oil style) + Thai combo. It’s exponentially better than massages I’ve had in other massage clinics. She doesn’t skimp on the length of the massage time either, like some RMTs do.Also, they have direct billing which is always a win from those of us who perpetually forget to submit receipts to insurance.This is one of the very few Brampton businesses that seem to have real reviews and the customer/patient experience does match the Google 5 star review average.

One of the worst customer service that I have faced.I called today to book an appointment and they confirmed one for next week. I got a call after an hour and the lady on the phone yelled and asked me to pay a deposit by tomorrow since I am a new customer. She was extremely rude and threatened to cancel the appointment if I do not transfer her a deposit of $50 via Interac by tomorrow.I obviously cancelled my appointment because I do not want to visit a place which offers relaxation services but ironically gives you stress even before you visit.

Person on reception was extremely rude. I'm not sure how the therapist are but he is setting a bad example for the business

This is my first visit here warm welcome by Mrs ferm the lady who was originally from Thailand. 1 hr 100$ and it’s worth it. She was take out my my whole body pain. An a amazing skills she has in massage. More over when you want to book them you have to deposit 30$ it’s necessary because some people not showing up so please be honestly busy them is good. No bodies should not waste any body time.Finally the front office desk guy is very kind any helpful.Thanks ferm have a fantastic life forever

This place is awesome. Fern is a fantastic massage therapist and specializes in Thai massage. I go through periods of crippling pain in my shoulders and neck, and after a few sessions here I feel fantastic again. I would reccomend this place highly.

Professional and friendly staff, clean and well maintained business. May 2018, I noticed they had new owners. They now offer RMT massage services and spray tans. They are so nice and seem to really care about their customers!! They did a fabulous job renovating with bright colours, stone wall and nice decor. The place looks even better. Great job :)
