The transition from Heritage financial to first Ontario has been horrible, I have not been able to access my one account since the transition officially started June 10. Went into the bank yesterday. My account is there, but I can’t access it… This is totally ridiculous. work is in progress to get this resolved as soon as possible, but with the weekend looming and having several bills due on Monday… I’m not holding my breath. Time to make a change!
