Even with the many many stunning options of branded glasses, what made me love this store is the customer service! Cherry was so patient and kind and so much fun! She made the whole experience enjoyable and helped me find the perfect sun/glasses. I can’t thank her enough. If you don’t know which optical store to head to since there’s so many on Queen St, start with Optical Thirty 8 and you won’t need to visit a second.

I had searched other optical and the customer service was not good.When I came to this optical on dundas, from the moment i got there, the reception I received to the attention when ordering my prescription grasses, was excellent.Their customer service is the very reason I decided to have my eye prescription glasses done by them!I'm sure when I pick up my glasses. I will be satisfed as well. If not, they gave 2 weeks to return the glasses.

Great place to purchase your glasses here. I've been a long time customer here and have always come back and referring other people to buy their glasses here. I've bought brands like Ray-Bans and Hugo Boss and have always loved the frames here. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The pricing is fairly competitive and they always have a Groupon Deal to help save on the lens and frames. They have a pretty wide selection of brands to choose from. If you are looking for new glasses, I would highly recommend this place. They will definitely help you find the glasses you need!!
