Not simple & quick as advertised. There’s also false misleading advertisements stating how you can obtain the your funds. I showed the advertising & my preference to use that option was declined. Banner uploaded toPost. They don’t have your best interest in regards providing a lenders relationship with an applicant known by sharing it with people you may know, such as, immediate family. Instead of using a provided contact they will use an alternative number that was not disclosed in the application. The person they interacted with using that non disclosed number is now in the know having a type of relationship to a lender. For me that a big issue. When I apply for a loan I expect my relationship with a lender is kept in confidence & not shared with people especially in my immediate family. When they ask for references, their contact number & need to reach them, they’ll google it. I don’t know why they can’t use the direct & disclosed contact information.

TY, the Branch Manager and his Assistant GURU made a lot of difference in customer service and satisfaction!. TY was so competent, service-oriented, very professional and knew his clients' needs by heart and dedication. Took only a day to process everything! Very fast, safe & convenient transaction! Likewise, GURU was very accomodating, efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable in explaining the paperworks! KUDOS to TY and GURU! Much appreciated!
