Dr. Frackowiak diagnosed me with RA before having the results of the blood test and X-rays. He prescribed me steroids. I was very concerned about taking this medication so I tried to speak with him. The secretary told me It was not possible to contact him either by phone or email. The results of my blood test and X-ray were negative. I don’t have RA. I went to see other three doctors and they confirmed that I don’t have RA. It is absolute inaceptable how a specialist can give a wrong diagnostic and prescribe strong medication with a lot of side effects.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frackowiak for about a year and a half. I have found him nothing but kind, informative and always willing to listen to my concerns and questions. Marta at the reception desk is always very helpful, accommodating and kind. I have moved out of the city and travel six hours round trip so that I may continue to see him.

The office is nicely decorated, and has various art work which covers up Damian's lack of class. A 2 minute examination and he diagnosed me as being okay. He wasn't prepared, never looked at my file or blood work. Be prepared to explain your history while being rushed.This is a larger medical profession issue, but he'll be happy to charge full price for this subpar evaluation.

The only positive thing I have to say is his punctuality. Apart from that he had an incredible lack of people skills. He was very impatient, did not allow time to think things over and just threw a devastating diagnosis at me without seeming to care for the impact that will have on me. I would definitely not recommend this doctor.Advice: If you get prescribed expensive treatment make sure to look into the trillium health program and abbviecare program, they can help cover your expenses.

I had been struggling undiagnosed for decades. The doctor saw me on-time, diagnosed me with seronegative RA and took the time to explain his strategy regarding medication. Throughout my treatment, I couldn’t believe how responsive he was. He would call me at home within the day most times and work with me to solve a medication issue..Marta, his assistant and receptionist- goes beyond expectations. She is extremely informative and helpful, clearly understands how to prioritize and is a wealth of information and experience.What a team! I feel so supported and heard.. Wow! I am so impressed with Doctor Frackowiak. He did not hesitate to help me with my rare autoimmune disease of whom many other rheumatologists were not interested. He conducted a thorough assessment and ordered multiple diagnostic tests. I feel supported, hopeful, and grateful. Marta, his amazing administrative assistant had all the paperwork ready and explained each test. I encourage you to visit Dr Frackowiak awesome website and/or phone their office. That is what I did, and I am so thankful!

If you are in pain, do NOT go to this man. He will make your life worse with his uncaring, condescending and completely unhelpful attitude and practice. Especially towards women.

Get a second opinion!!! I did thankfully.. after taking prescribed meds for over a year with horrible side effects. Even ended up in Emergency a few times. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.. and I have a lot of respect for that profession.After going to see another rheumatologist I found out through proper testing blood etc.. that I didn’t have RA!!My new doctor would not admit that I was misdiagnosed but that was my suspicion all along. I’m now healthy and drug free. I do stillhave osteoarthritis but it’s manageable.
