CCS installed a heat pump for us in mid-June. After an initial long consultation with Sam who explained how the system would work, the wonderful team of Gavin, Lucas, Dave, Mark and Kevin took over and completed the install in the three day window we had agreed upon and they did a clean and professional job. Thank you all for your wonderful work. We are enjoying the cool air and we are happy we went with your company.

We received estimates from 6 HVAC companies to install a heat pump, air handler and mini-split air conditioning system. We chose a Mitsubishi cold climate system installed by Combined Comfort Systems and we couldn’t be happier.The sales rep and the install team were the absolute best, from start to finish. In fact, they exceeded our expectations in every regard. They were hardworking, professional, friendly, clean and meticulous. And they took the time to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the installation…no surprises afterwards.It’s so hard to find good contractors these days in the Vancouver area. Most don’t even bother returning your calls or follow through with a promised estimate, but CCS came through in spades. Honestly, we cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want to avoid that uneasy feeling wondering whether you’ve hired the right company or not, go with CCS and you won’t have to give it a second thought.

I waited a long time for this company after hearing great reviews from friends. I'm glad I did. We had a heat pump installed and the work was done professionally to a high standard. Heath knows his business inside out. Any questions were dealt with quickly and the customer service was excellent. We are very satisfied. Highly recommended.

We used ccs for a heat pump and a heat pump hot water tank. They were great and went over and above to make sure we were happy at every step alone the way. We really love the heat pump and got huge rebates to cover most of the costs.

I knew I needed to retire my 22 year old gas furnace and was going to replace my 15 year old heat pump / AC at the same time. Then I was lucky (sarc) enough to discover my hot water tank was leaking and needed to replace that as well.I don't know how many companies I called, but I eight came to my house to see what work needed to be done, but only three followed up with a quote (I wanted to compare three)... maybe I am a PitA.Heathe was not the cheapest (except he beat everyone else on the Navien tankless by $75), but he was filling a few special requests (roof venting, repaired some returns, kept all the wires and pipes inside my walls) of mine that had others stumped and he was supplying a premium Mitsubishi unit which no one else had offered with a big rebate available from Hydro. He also delivered a final quote at the end of the site visit.I was going away for a vacation in two weeks, but they found the necessary equipment and planned the whole thing before I left so I did not have to worry about the old gas unit breaking down while I was gone. It was a three day install with two journeymen and an apprentice onsite with Heathe there each day to supervise. He even rebuilt the gas manifold for my fireplaces and the new hot water because the old one was such a hack job.The new system is great. The house was warm when it was cold outside and now it is cold on the hot days. The outside unit is super quiet compared to the old Lenox we had out there. When it was all done they submitted the rebate forms for me and all I had to do was watch the $4300 go into my bank account.Recently recommended CCS to friends. They know what they are doing and they care to do it right.

We have used this company 2x now and they are great! In the past we have called companies out to fix our furnace and we were shrugged off and told it’s fine that’s just how it works treated like we were stupid but both times (2 different workers) have come in and found the problem not brushed it off because the issue wasn’t right in front of their face they worked hard to figure out the problem and walked away with a job done and the issue resolved. They are dedicated to what they do! Extremely happy with this company. Office staff were great at getting someone here ASAP

Was referred to CCS for my HVAC and boiler maintenance. Melissa was friendly and set up my appointment quickly. Jeff was the technician that arrived and he was able to inspect and confirm all of the major HVAC appliances were in good working order - he patiently answered all the questions I asked. The boiler was an advanced model but Jeff was able to complete the maintenance (clean, flush, new parts) and have everything up and running.I highly recommend their services for pricing and quality.

Super clean installation and the crews were great! We love our Mitsubishi heat pump - it's quiet, efficient, and really comfortable and I'd heartily recommend CCS for the work - didn't hurt that they also had the best quote to begin with.

This is one of the most professional companies we have dealt with in a long time. Heath and his crew were absolutely amazing from day one. Heath took lots of time explaining the product and process during our initial estimate. Crew was on time and every single one of them were far and beyond experienced and hard working. They even helped us with our city and province rebate process and guided us through the paper work involved. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. This company does it all from A-Z. Heathe's crew responded within hours to a bit of an emergency we had with a failed part that caused a small leak. You really get to know a company after having required service. We have been super happy with our AC Systems that Heath and crew installed and he really stepped up to take care of replacing an old part that failed after years of use. I would not hesitate to recommend Combined Comfort Systems.
