Good experience at the Grasslands location... because of covid, the staff will scoop the product into the bag for you. This went well and quite fast... I was assisted by a pleasant female staff we did not make me feel like I was wasting her time! Thanks.UPDATE: I visited the Rochdale location a week ago and that will likely be my last visit. The staff who helped me acted unhappy, bored and slightly annoyed...that was my take on it. I saw her talking to another employee off to the side afterwards and she was in very good spirits. I happened to ask her another question at that time and that face came back on... maybe she wasn't feeling well or was having a bad day but then my bad day started right away after being with her so the only way I can fix that is to stay away. This is my experience only. The store itself had everything I needed.

Cashier was super friendly and welcoming. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone be so welcoming at any Bulk Barn.

Clean facility, friendly staff. They don't have Lima beans, but it's a difficult product to find in Canada. Overall, prices are good and there is plenty of parking space outside of the store. A four out of five in my books!

Good amount of sale but some things looked and dried out a bit. Not the freshest produce at this bazar but the prices are ok. The people are nice.

Come here for those treats, baking/pantry needs and/or when you need just bit of a specific ingredient for you favorite dish. I have not had any issues with the customer serviceat this location. Bulk barn is always there when I need something.
