Absolutely excellent service. My old iPhone7 was malfunctioning and Mick knew what the problem was within a minute. He was extremely knowledgable and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend iBroken Legacy if you have a problem with your smartphone or other device, or if you are looking to buy something used. I will definitely use their services again.

Moved without even calling me now I’m stuck having to chase them and find my computer this is not how to handle business I wasn’t even aware they moved and now I’m left having to go find my pc!!!!!!

Amazing service and can’t recommend enough. Super quick and was able to get the phone back after 30 mins.Mick took the time to explain a few options for screen replacements and they were all quoted at reasonable prices. I am sure that we got the best service and screen replacement at the best value. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Came in here with charger port issues, turns out it was just so dirty it was blocking the connection. The guy at the front just quickly cleaned it & got it working again within ten minutes, and didn't want to charge me anything for it. Seems they've got great customer service. Will definitely come back for repairs in the future.

Legacy location CLOSED,Beacon Hill location phone number is disconnected, theyscrewed up data transfer to my new phone,tech didn't have a USB cable!!!! to do the proper transfer,sounds like these clowns are in the business of going out of business

Really great service here. Apple told me I’d be $850 to fix my phone when the speaker stopped working, but these guys ended up fixing it in 2 hours for $160 ($210 technically because they had to replace the tempered glass screen protector in the process). Very happy with the work and will go here in the future.

iPhone battery wasn’t holding charge, so I read the reviews of iBroken Legacy and I decided to try them. I’m so glad I did! I just walked in and my iPhone battery was replaced today by Renz in like an hour and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Renz you were so helpful when I really needed it! Highly recommend these guys!
