Paul Motor Company is hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. They found my BMW in less than one week and at a great price. The whole process was effortless (for me at least). Will definitely do business with again and again. Great team! Great Car!

A largely positive experience. The car was a top-notch example, sold to me at a reasonable price, and the people at Paul Motor Co. were friendly, respectful and responsive, all qualities that made the buying experience easy and for which I’d recommend the firm. Living on the other side of the country and not being able to inspect the car myself, I’d suggest to prospective buyers to take the time to do an extensive video review in the daylight, while asking detailed questions to focus in on the issues that are most important to you. When my car arrived, a few cosmetic blemishes not uncovered during our video tour of the car surprised me, which is why I’m recommending this. There was also a mechanical issue that was not identified during the independent pre-purchase inspection and which Jeremy assured me was unknown to the firm. Without proof otherwise, and because the fix was a reasonable cost and the car so nice and fairly priced, I’m willing to accept in good faith.

I bought a car from Paul Motor Company in January 2014. At first, I was a little hesitant to try a new method in order to buy a vehicle. However, I did some research and was pleasantly surprised with the results I saw from people ordering their car from outside Montreal. I went ahead and gave the guys at Paul Motor a call and within a week, I was driving my dream car (that was $7,000 cheaper than in Canada!). The staff was not only very courteous and professional but they took care of every single detail from arranging for enclosed transport to ensuring the car was in accordance with Quebec regulations, as well as having a in-depth inspection done and providing me with the results. One of the things I like the most about Paul Motor Company is the close relationship they built with me throughout the transaction. I wasn't treated like a number. They took the time to not only help me determine exactly what I wanted and needed but also to make sure I was up to date with the progress of the purchase, from start to finish. What you get from Paul Motor is the exact car you want, the exact way you want it. I cannot thank the Paul Motor staff enough for such a smooth transaction and a car I love.Thanks again guys!

I gave them a 60k deposit for a car. they took the car 6 days later after taking the first monthly payment , now we’re in court and they still haven’t reimbursed me for deposit and claim I never signed a lease. TERRIBLE. customer service. Steer clear. These kids are crooks.
