Maple Ridge Physiotherapy and Pain Clinic

While Hershal, my normal physiotherapist, is great. The service I just received from Gordon was amongst the worst I've ever had. After arriving 5 minutes late, this clinic cancelled my appointment. FIVE minutes. But when I arrive on time and have to stand in the cold/rain for 3-5 minutes to be let in regularly, that's totally acceptable. Nor is the time added back to the clock. But I arrive 5 minutes late and you deem it REASONABLE to cancel an appointment rather than simply subtract 5 minutes worth of time?? I'll never return, nor will my family- who were also receiving treatment as of late. Terrible business and a glaring lack of CARE. You're a PHYSIO CLINIC.

Edwin was great and took the time to explain what treatment would be best to heal the affected areas. He provided exercises to continue the healing process

Five star for Edwin & his amazing team! I have been receiving treatments from him for more than 2 years now. From Acupuncture to Spinal Decompression, Edwin is dedicated to healing & helping to relieve my pain. I am in constant agony from my condition & have been pretty miserable to deal with at times, but Edwin's staff are sympathetic & professional. They have now switched to online appointments to help treat clients during this challenging time - highly recommend! Thank you!

They actually deeply care about you. I cant recommend them more. They've even taught me to re-adjust my work gear to be better for my back from experience, and emailed (with my consent) other persons involved in my recovery and care to make sure I was being taken serious, and taken care of.Gordon Seow is an absolute blessing, and honestly undercharges for his care, knowledge, and genuine care. I came into my first session unable to breath more than shallow breaths, and came out being able to breath again.I fully intend to continue going to Gordon specifically, for check ups and other smaller issues.Cheers.

Luke Plesa is a fantastic physical therapist. Always careful and knowledgeable, he helped me identify the cause of my problems and relieve the tension in my back. Very effective exercising program.Highly recommended!
