Whenever I go here, there’s minimum 30 minute wait for service. Not enough staff trained and no one acknowledges you. Seems to be very poorly managed.

Garbage service. Gave the run around for 3 months and then canceled appointment last minute. Employees just stand around and do nothing while customers wait.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in Montreal. Furthermore, they have ZERO respect for trans people! Despite countless times I’ve requested my first name correction they continue to ignore it. They never sent my credit card after expiration. I called 3 times and I STILL don’t have it. 3 months without my card because of the disorganization of this company. The manager does not care at all to inform about mortgages plans, and was pushing for the meeting to end as it had barely started. Did not give us room for questions or doubts. Instead, my wife and I left the bank saying “wow, they treated us so carelessly, is it cause we’re poor?” But hey, they are very quick in increasing your credit limit EVEN IF YOU DID NOT ASK FOR IT. WORST BANK! Cannot wait to transfer everything to another bank. DO NOT TRUST BMO!

- Changing appointments over the phone without reasons before 3 hours ago- A new appointment is possible after 10+ days and the manager may be changed without reason

Should be a principal branch, however two days in a row only one teller on duty (out of 5 kiosks) resulting in a long wait time. On top of this it has taken them over 24 hours to send a wire transfer. Choose another branch if you actually want to get something done.

Avoid at all costs! The staff are incompetent. The teller, literally wanted to check my profile" before depositing a certified cheque! And the branch manager "M.S." is rude

Long wait!!!! Understaff!! ive been first in line for 20 mins and now the wait line is up to outside! Only to clerk on service!!! Bad service bad experience and no understanding thats supposed to be their value LOLL get it together BMO all I wanna do while im in your establishment or need any assistance is CHANGE BANKS!!! Just awful!

I made an appointment with a staff and visited this branch. She was very impatient and showed no respect at all. She kept staring at her computer and barely looked at me. She hardly answered my questions and did not want to introduce more information about different checking accounts, saving accounts or current offers. Just 5 minutes after I had arrived, she indicated me that I can leave. I will never visit this branch again.

Applied for credit product lately. Easily approved but not processed 1 week after. Still waiting for the rep to processed the paperwork. Called 3 times customer service to expedited, in vain.Disappointed and frustrated.Lost a client.
