Service is great, food comes fast and hot. Very delicious fresh food and just a great environment plus affordable definitely my favourite restaurant I go for dinner very often.

1 star.... I really wish I could give 0 stars. They advertise delivery but they clearly out source their delivery service to carrier pigeons. We ordered our food and it took a very reasonable 2 and a half hours for us to get our order and we only live 3 minutes from the restaurant. When the food finally arrived it was pretty good. Granted at that point I was so hungry I had contemplated eating my own arm. I guess my point is if you really love yourself, your belly and your physical well being just do yourself a favour and order take out from literally anywhere else than New Ruby House.

I had a pate with chicken and shrimp it was delicious a little too hot when I had to eat it lol I called 10 minutes in advance and I arrived and waited about 10 minutes great service I asked for peanut sauce that was unnecessary and I bought a kit Kat bar the whole thing cost me $20 including one dollar tip

Love ordering from here. They are friendly and food tastes great. They are usually pretty accurate when ordering on busy days. The other night was busier, so the wait time was 30 minutes longer than expected, but food was hot and tasted great.

Average fast-food Chinese place. We ordered takeout (wonton soup, general tso chicken and vegetarian shanghai noodles). No veggies at all for the chicken (but at least it came w rice), and I didn’t like the sauce that much - it was a bit too spicy and not enough sesame oil to my liking. The wonton soup was ok but we had better and the shanghai noodles were fine but a bit too salty and not much veggies again). Service is friendly. The other Chinese place so far is better in our opinion.

Cold, extremely over sweet eggrolls and sauce, overpowering, could not eat.Tough spare ribs.Undercooked chicken wings, didnt matter because they had bad flavor and not crispy.Very over cooked flat noodles( Mush!)and over salted( and we enjoy our salt!)Will be driving out to Orleans in the future for take out!

If I could give 0 stars, that's what it was worth! I went to eat there today with my mom, we ordered a la carte, nothing we had ordered was edible! My mom's chicken friend rice tasted burnt, her chicken balls tasted freezer burnt, and her vegetables spring rolls had a chemical taste like fermented cabbage. My open-ended egg rolls tasted freezer burnt, and my pad Thai was soaked in a liquidy red juice with a sour smell and taste. We also had order a combo 2b for 2, to go. Unfortunately we couldn't eat what we had in front of us. It wasn't so so but edible, it was unedible!I went to explain our uncomfortable situation, quietly in the corner outside the kitchen, but she turned around to scream in her language, to the other women, who came out asking me loudly, what my problem was, I then quietly tried to tell her but she kept raising her voice and telling me that they served food all day yesterday with no complaints! Ok that's great I said, but today we have an issue. She boldly told me: she didn't believe me and I had to pay my food! My mom spoke up and said, it's not edible, it's bad, we will get sick if we eat itShe replied: I don't care, you have to pay. So we paid and left!We had been ordering from them for all our parties, always around 200$ plus, and my mom often stops there to eat the buffet, no issues until today!Unfortunately we will never order from there AGAIN, and we unfortunately we can not recommend them, since they did not even want to meet half way, no solutions at all, all she cared about was getting paid! She didn't care about anything, thats all she kept replying: I DON'T CARE! Super sad! good luck new ruby!I donated 25,25$My mom 11$Total 36,25$

Unless you want to spend your night on the toilet throwing up & regretting every morsel you put in your mouth.. Avoid this place & opt for something else. A health inspector should visit this place on a regular basis.

I ordered a Phat thai it smelt like wet dog, it was mushy like slop, i took a few bites and told the waitress it was disgusting, and couldn't eat it, i had to pay for it anyways , i was sick after leaving the restaurant. The WORST Phat. Thai, I ever ate!DISCUSTING!!! This restaurant should be inspected!
