Awful customer service, mainly in the evenings. No one was at the till when it was dead and to top it all off they got my order wrong by giving me a Ham and Cheddar sub, when I asked for a Turkey bacon club.Food is usually great but I would advise that everyone checks their order before they leave.

I have had several bad experiences at this location. I have several photos of things food items that I have received that should never be given to a paying customer including items that are completely burnt to the point they are black, sandwiches that are missing half the contents, incorrect orders and more. I don’t understand how the customer service and quality control can be so poor.

Would not recommend for anything other than a bottled drink, and even then I wouldn’t hold your breathe. Ordered a coffee a coffee and croissant and received a tea and a croissant that felt like a brick. Selling old stuff. Would not recommend.

Not the biggest deal in the world I only came through because wife doesn't like McDonald's because I'm not the biggest fan of Tim Horton's food. I see a few comments already about the order being wrong so in this case I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a four cheese bagel with extra bacon. I got a BLT with no sausage or extra bacon. If I screw up at my job removing snow naturally people would complain I see this as being no different. Please pay attention to what the customer orders and at least give the extra bacon I paid for thank you and clean out your headset.

One of the poorest staffed and stocked Tim Hortons. My wife and I live down the street from this Tim Hortons, so we come here occasionally. On multiple occasions we would go through the drive through and try to order, but be told that they don't have the certain item in stock, such as particular donuts, or that they don't have dark roast coffee. Most recently was last night at 7pm, we went to pick up a couple of donuts for us, we tried to order ones we like. But we were told those two donuts, the sour cream glazed and Boston cream were out of stock, as well as 3 other types of donuts! But Tim Hortons is primarily a coffee and donut chain, and they don't stock half of their donuts. We don't get it, it's simple math, once you are out of something, make more of that thing. It's ridiculous. Poorly staffed, poorly stocked, poor service, poor points rewards system, poor roll up the rim contest. Tim Hortons has went severely downhill. No wonder I go to McDonald's for my coffees in the mornings.

Everytime I come here my order is either wrong, I get someone else's order, or there are things in the order are completely forgotten even though I paid for them and it's on the receipt. This Tim Hortons and the one on Preston ave in Stonebridge are the two worst Tim Hortons I have been to, the only reason I still go is because it's close to my house. Avoid if you can.

Very slow service even when there was next to no one else in the store. Took about 15min for a simple combo order to be made. And after it was made they placed it on the side, not put out in an accessible area. I am near this location often but I always make a point to skip coming to this location because this always seems to happen when I go. Now I know for sure to not come here again. If you drive to the next nearest Tim's you'll save more time than waiting for your order to be made here.

Came through at 11:30am today and ordered 2 meals. One being a Regular BLT sandwich with cheese and extra mayo. When she repeated it back, it sounded like she said no cheese and I corrected her and she said ok and repeated it back. Again it sounded like she said no cheese, so I corrected her and she said yeah I got it. When I got home there was no cheese on the sandwich and there was very little mayo on it. The regular roast beef sandwich had next to no sauce on it and rotten tomatoes and lettuce. Sadly I find that it doesn't matter which location you go to in Saskatoon, the service is all the same. I get to some that being a fast food worker isn't a glamorous job but try to take a little pride in your work and present a decent product that you yourself would consume.

I wanted to use the drive through for my order. It was a long line, but it was peak time so I was ok with that. I did not move as quickly as I would have expected. Worst, I ordered 2 PLAIN croissants and I got 2 cheese croissants. One of them was so hard it seemed to be about 3 days old and even putting it in the microwave did not help soften it up, Super disappointing. won't go to that location again.

Not worth a dam! They don't listen to order very well. Often get it wrong on other visits. (Stick to coffee usually good)
