I dealt with Brittany at the front desk of Cooper Roofing/Uhaul in Red Deer on August 23, 2021 and she was FANTASTIC!!! Friendly, knowledgable, efficient and kind. This young lady deserves an immediate RAISE and a lot of PRAISE for a job VERY well done!

Booked a trailer, told us the night before we needed it that it is unavailable. They don't answer the phones. Call cooper roofing and select a manager just to talk to any human 45 minutes later. Wouldn't recommend

Poor customer service. We booked a trailer 2 weeks in advance with Hunter and when he booked the wrong trailer we had a hard time getting ahold of him. Emailed head office and had a little better service, however the day of our rental we went to pick up the trailer and not only was it the wrong one but they didnt even have the correct information. We were told if we wanted the trailer we had booked we would need to drive over 2 hours for it.

Rented a uhaul, said the deposit would be put back on my card in a few days. 3 weeks later no deposit, they decided to mail a cheque with my deposit to our old address. With no access to the old mailbox we are sol. Friendly staff but weren't helpful or willing to fix the mistake.

I’m not sure what her name was but the lady there was so kind! I was thrown around from U-Haul saying they didn’t have the trailer and the truck I needed, so I had to get a different truck then expected and I had to go all the way to red deer from didsbury for my auto transport trailer. She was so kind and made my experience so much better! Thank you so much, keep it up!
