Love this store! Especially love the rearrangement of products. The prices shown on the wood pieces is so helpful; you know before you pick your favorite. Love to see the reptiles in their natural habitats. Our go to store! #Zoo Med Excavator Clay ❤️

Had such a great first experience here with lots of help and education from Indi! We went home with a spunky little Brindle Crested Gecko! The store was very tidy and clean, and not to mention the two unique friends that wander the store floors! A tortoise and a parrot! Overall an amazing experience and we will be returning!

Jessica was great and deserves 10 stars if I could. She's very knowledgeable and loves her job which shows through as she talks about the animals, which she loves so much! I would give the store a 5 star but I was extremely disappointed in the management/owner berating staff about the loss of money over cricket sales and stating staff was stealing them. It was ridiculous! The manager/owner spoke about having some sort of weird locking system... seriously? Is stealing crickets the newest bad thing?

Stopped in today for the first time since the new owner took over and was quite impressed with the selection of everything. The store used to carry minimal items and never had what I was looking for (Murphys law may have had a hand in this) but today I was able to get everything I needed for my custom vivarium setup, including isopods which they never had before when I needed them!!! The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and funny!! It seems that now they are bringing in what customers want and not what they think you want. Both employees were very eager to help and also made suggestions on other products I may have needed without making me feel pressured. All in all a great experience and I will be returning for everything else I need. Thanks for the experience and the chuckles. Well worth the visit!!

Wonderful staff and store! I bought my cornsnake from them, and he's the cutest little guy. Also the best prices for animals and frozen feeders! Staff is always very informative and helpful, with lots of information on what will work for you.

The staff is always polite and helpful, the store is neat and tidy and the reptiles are taken care of. Take a few minutes to look around there is a lot to see, I personally like the parrot and turtle they have. The prices on the animal food is great, I usually pick up 4 rats for my Boa, and can't beat the quality and price.

I used to give this store 5 stars plus Jeff and his staff were amazing and treated people with respect and appreciation, I went today for the first time since new ownership, and I will not be back based upon the treatment I received, being spoken down too, and undermined about my reptiles needs and how to properly provide them, even though i have a 10 year old, also the misinformation is almost laughable, however the fact my husband was a loyal customer for over 10 years is not, and we plan to not set foot back in that store, you are not able to purchase more then 100 crickets at a time anymore so we have already been forced to take some of our business needs elsewhere,already this is just one more thing not to mention.. we used to drive 30 minutes to be loyal customers guess we will save time too

Chelsea and the person on-staff were incredibly helpful and informative. As new amphibian/reptile lovers and potential owners, they thoroughly answered any and every question we had. They helped explain species, foods, pet personalities, enclosures and beginner friendly tactics all with budget friendly options to help us.Thanks for the great experience! We went out to get some information on a new pet for our son with the intent of narrowing down our choices. We had a fantastic conversation with Dylan at the reptile store and made our decision right then and there. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and considerate. This was our first reptile pet and he provided great information and guidance on what to consider and why. I can't remember the last time I visited a store that was staffed with such passionate and knowledgeable people. To me the shopping experience is just as important as the item you are shopping for and the experience we had was amazing. Thank you Dylan and staff at the Reptile Store. We are looking forward to picking up our new chameleon this week! I highly recommend the reptile store for anyone interested in a reptile pet or wanting to learn more about reptiles.

I got my Herman’s tortoise here before the new year and I was so impressed by the knowledge of the employees!Jessica helped me get all the products needed to get started on my critters home, she told me about his diet and even made me a list of websites and information I needed to properly care for him. The selection of reptiles they have is beyond what I expected to see! Can’t wait to come here again when it’s time to get another reptile. Thank you ladies you’re amazing
