The front-end staff that answer the phone, are rude and unprofessional. They are not organized and I have been given inaccurate information often. I will say that Dr. J sidhu is wonderful. No complaints with her.

Looking for 0 stars..Never had any worst customer service experience than this clinic. They (the receptionist and office manager) are outright rude, blunt and senseless. I had to write this review after a horrible call from them. The lady yelled at my wife for not picking up the phone call while they were calling an old number which was long updated by us and Doctor had called on the new number previously. They have no ears to listen though. I am curious if there are other venues to take action for the receptionist and office manager's unprofessional behavior than just writing the google reviews. Literally stuck with this clinic. Try to avoid if this clinic if you haven't found your family doctor yet.

Dr. Anderson is a very kind, caring and thorough doctor. She takes the time to listen, takes all issues seriously, and makes appropriate and timely referrals. I have had excellent care from her, as has the rest of my family.

They only offer walk-ins on Saturdays, make you line up 40min before opening, just to open and let you know they won't be taking walk-ins that day. Others in the line with me were saying this is a common occurrence

Where do i begin. I have had numerous issues with this clinic but the most recent one takes the cake. A receptionist lying to me over the phone (not the first time).I called to see if i could get a requisition from my family Dr for an emergency, but she wasn’t in. That’s okay. I asked a receptionist if they could email or send her a message to let her know it’s an emergency and if she could see me asap then. The receptionist told me “she can’t because she will be away for two weeks,” so i believed them, and when i asked “so I can’t make an appointment with her in the next two weeks?” the receptionist remained unwavering and angrily said no.Then tell me why one of my relatives was able to book an IN PERSON appointment with the SAME DOCTOR for NEXT WEEK? Maybe don’t lie to your patients and make it into a farce. So unbearably disrespectful and it’s no wonder people are going to be upset. There are better ways to manage a situation than lying to people that put trust in you. The medical system has deteriorated post-covid but this is next level absurd. Do better. This is disconcerting. That is all.

First I'd like to say Dr. Anderson is an awesome doctor I would give her 5 stars but as for the receptionist I would give them 0 stars due to the fact they change my appointment on me with I had an appointment. Got the message late so I tried to make it for the am only to be turned down and have them basically call me a liar. Dr. Anderson was willing to give up her lunch break but I don't see that being fair to her for someone else's screw up. Now I gotta wait a week before I see her again but yet the office staff still treat me as if it was my fault that's so rude. Maybe some people should own up to their mistakes and not treat people so rudely even when they have proof and for that I give them 1 star. Sorry Dr.Anderson you truly are an amazing doctor.

Dr Jaspreet is very polite and knowledgeable . He took care of our 7 years old and helped us reach a proper diagnosis for an ongoing health issue. He always listens to patient’s concerns with patience and does not make you feel rushed. Highly recommended.

Dr. Anderson is the first doctor I feel completely comfortable with and trust. She is the nicest person and always makes sure I feel comfortable and understand everything she's doing or telling me. I take my two young children as well and my two year old enjoys the visit. I also find everyone working at reception to be helpful and nice. They really try to make a connection and answer your questions.

Dr.Grewal is an amazing doctor . He takes the time to listen , is very thoughtful and genuinely cares. I live in Toronto temporarily and know my family is taken care of back in BC. He’s knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help his patients. Thank you for all that you have done Dr.Grewal - I’m very appreciative.

Dr. Andrew Unger is the first doctor that actually listened to my health issue and my concerns and he honestly explained all available options. He then especially called me to confirm he’s sending me correct medication as per my lab reports to heal me. I am so grateful to him and everyone working at reception who were really helpful. I would recommend him to everyone.
