Called Aquarius about our furnance going/potentially needing a replacement. They were out the same day to provide information. We decided we would replace our furnance and they were out the next morning at 9am right on time. Everyone we spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and overall great! After some not so good experience with other plumbing companies in town, Aquarius will now be our go-to!

Love the value for money, availed the 89 special for furnace servicing, really helpful guys and are transparent, give great suggestions and are fast to respond even after hours. Thank you Kevin and team for being a great company.

Last week in minus 30 weather my daughter called and said that her furnace had broken down. She had called her regular furnace service and was told that they were not sure when they could get their and could not even guarantee it would be that day. They left her shivering under her blankets waiting for them to call back! I immediately phoned Aquarius because they have always provided me excellent service for many years. I explained the situation. Within 45 minutes they had a service technician at my daughter's house and a couple of hours later the furnace was up and running! My daughter now knows who to call in the future. Thank you Aquarius for your fantastic service and for making me a hero to my baby!

Our furnace started acting up today. I called Aquarius Plumbing and they sent a guy out within a couple of hours. The plumber was very friendly and informative. He got the furnace up and running in minimal time . Will definitely be calling on them again!

Today I had a new Trane A/C installed in my home by two excellent employees Derek & Owen. These two fellows were on time, knew exactly what they were doing, very professional & went the extra mile.The owner should be proud of these 2 people representing his company.When job was completed they totally cleaned up after themselves and place was as clean as when the started.It was aprox. 14 years ago when I last used Aquarius for an install and I have to say they repeated themselves in service and excellence as in the past.I would not hesitate 100% to use or recommend them again.Thanks for a great purchase & install experience.

If you want a Plumbing and HVAC company that listens to their customers and will go the extra mile to ensure they are satisfied then this is your company. They aren't perfect and they experience business challenges just like any other firm in the industry but the difference is an owner who cares and is willing to work with the customer to make it right. I have used Aquarius for a number of years on my rental properties and on my own personal residence, and their staff have always been friendly and professional. I would recommend them to others and if something doesn't go right be sure to speak up and give them the opportunity to make it right and they will come through for you in the end.

Overall very good experience. New Trane furnace and AC installation . April 1 2022.Kelly (I believe the owner) done up an estimate on the job. Within a couple of weeks a crew of 3-4 guys showed up on the scheduled day, right on time, 7:30am. They had the new furnace and AC unit done around 2:30. Impressed with the product, workmanship and the clean up. Professional crew . Also they made sure all my questions were answered before the last 2 guys left. Have to also add, reception was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend Aquarius plumbing and heating .

I hired them to replace the anode rod in my water heater. They used a drill to try and remove the old anode rod and rounded it off. Their response was that it was the manufacturer's fault because it was too tight. They said that they would replace the tank but I would have to pay $500.00 installation costs. I refused because it was their fault it was damaged. They then said that the rod didn't need to be changed because it wouldn't make it last longer. They then said they would call me with a fix of some sort. They have not called in over a week.
