Today was my second time coming back for a biogel refill and as always everyone I encountered at the salon was amazing. The salon is spotless, and there are no chemical smells upon walking in. Mimi is so amazing and I always leave with perfect nails - whether they are long or short they are always thin and look natural. Whenever I book appointments they are always on time, and I’m not left waiting like other salons. Love coming here - thank you so much for your great work team! Not to mention, they remember you and greet you by name walking in. Very nice family atmosphere

After lots of research, I booked my bridal nail appointment 3 weeks in advance. Over the phone, we confirmed the time and I let them know this was for my wedding day. When I showed up today, no one was there, the lights were off and the business was closed. I frantically and very stressfully had to find an alternative salon to go to. Thankfully, I found another salon that was able to fit me in before my wedding. Had it not been for Urban Nails Resort I would have been without nice nails. Forty minutes after my appointment was to start, I received a call from Nails Resort advising they had an emergency causing them to be late and offering to fit me in later (which would not have been possible with my timeline). Based on reviews, I don’t doubt they do an amazing job, and while I understand things happen, their professionalism is lacking. I would not trust this business for important events.

I love coming here! It’s so relaxing and peaceful. The attention to detail and care put into each individual is like nothing I’ve experienced before. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!❤️

Best place ever! Only place I will ever go. Cleanest salon and modern. So relaxing with the soothing music. Never rushed! 5 star that’s for sure!
