Amazing oysters, excellent beers, prices were good, but I absolutely would NEVER COME BACK; The owner treated us reallllly bad she was in a bad mood or something and on top of it she dared to ask us if we stole her bottle of sauce?!?!?!?! She acted like if she was making us a favor, We got really offended and her service was poor and bad. But the food was good by the way.

Definitely a place you need to check out especially if you’re craving some fish and chips or oysters. Prices are a little low high for the oysters, but they are delicious and local. Not the huge nasty ones you get from some places. These were medium size with clean shells and pretty fresh tasting. It’s a small cozy restaurant with little seating but customer service is top notch.

Food was ok . BUT…..It’s a local place ,so we wanted to try it. Paid with US cash because we couldn’t find an exchange place. Bill total was 39.98 ca. money. We paid 100$ US. We were given 58 ca back. Robbed us of 30$ us. Charged us 60$ for a 30$ us meal. I tried to explain and the waitress refused to refund our correct change!!!!!! Sad because many tourists were in there. Wonder how many people don’t realize what they do. Make a bad reputation quick!!I told our city bus driver. He said the business is owned or is run by a very good lady.I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I don’t like to be straight up robbed either!

Fast, incredibly small diner, with a striaght-forward and not particularly friendly waitress.Soup arrived about 5 mins after ordering. Feels overpriced for the quality, but the market was closed in the evening.Oyster stew was traditionally according to the recipe: Sliced up oysters in some milk and creamThe problem was the oyster was simultaneously quite raw in some sections and chewy/overcooked on the edges. This simple soup with 3 oysters set me back around $16 after tax, basically $18-20 after tipping. Came with two tiny slices of baguette. Not very filling.Other dishes start from about $21.

We wanted to try fish and chips in Vancouver and this place did not disappoint! The salmon was perfect and the chips were extremely delicious too along with the sauces and salad. You can taste the freshness. For someone coming from the coastal part of South Africa we were greatly satisfied with the quality of the food. The customer service was excellent!

First time at Tony's and enjoyed the experience and meal. My friends got the class and raw oysters. I got the calimari. My friends loved the oysters and clams. I enjoyed the calimari but slightly tough. Good flavor though. For the portion size, the calimari was expensive. Would return as it was a pleasurable experience.

This place is a gem! It’s a mom’n’pop shop that serves up classic fried seafood as well as soups and stews at affordable prices without compromising on quantity or quality. I loved the calamari - flavourful, lightly battered and appropriately tender and the oyster stew included three large oysters. It’s humble and simple, yet thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, dining space is welcoming and comfortable!
