Beautiful, clean room, comfy bed decent air conditioning. No wifi in the room which is quite shocking.

The hotel charged me an extra ten hundred dollars after I checked out. Then (a week later) they again wrote off even more amount from my credit card. After three weeks of proceedings, they managed to return all the money. Think twice before giving your credit card to this hotel.

OK location, not much of a view but new facility. WiFi did not work. Staff were great and helpful.

Booked Jacuzzi suite and when I arrived the Jacuzzi was broken closed for maintenance. I considered staying in a standard room but the Jacuzzi was what I wanted for my special day.The computer system was very slow ..impeding the guest services agents ability to do her job efficiently. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

Me and my 3 kids were displaced from our rental unit in Creston and decided to stay at this hotel on the promise we would have discounted rooms because my wife works at Ricky's next door. We were charged full price for 2 rooms and when I went to ask what the problem was, the manager there proceeded to scream at me, threatened police action if we didn't leave. I peacefully left and had her phone the police on us anyway, for asking about an overcharged credit card which she WAS in the wrong about. Horrible service, incredibly rude staff. We also had to move rooms because they hadent even cleaned the room. There are FAR better places to stay in Creston.

Decent hotel, clean, modern and good parking and about the only relatively new one in Creston. Room assigned was as far from elevator as you can get, no bellhop service. Checked out the free breakfast, very unappealing, went to McDonalds instead.At 200 a night in the off season, it is double everywhere else in town. Do not believe the Google maps prices, they are easily 70 bucks low.

Very friendly reception at this hotel, super clean and neat - have stayed here a couple of times now and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

Room was extremely comfortable, breakfast didn't have a very good selection but it worked. And plus if you were looking for more than just Cereal you could walk over to Ricky's.

Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, and the rooms were clean.When we arrived, we had some problems getting into our room as the lock was acting up. Garret was excellent helping us out, he was engaging and helpful. He gave us a couple of options to fix the room and quickly had us in a new room. Amazing service, would recommend.
