best service by the staff. I am new comer to Canada and went to this bank for opening my account. Alberto gomez personal baking assisting was too good helped me explaining through the whole account opening process.

Had an appointment, arrived early and within five minutes we were greeted by a pleasant, knowledgeable and professional bank associate. He gave us sound advice. Very pleased, will definitely do future business with this TD Bank.

I have been let down in the past by many TD financial advisors, until I met Gavin Ireland. He is the sole reason I continue doing all my banking at this branch. If you need financial advice, I highly recommend reaching out to him. He is highly intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, very personable and always keeps your best interests in mind.

Something I would have thought was basic like getting a void check. Was told no we don't do that.

My most recent experience was very unpleasant. Please train your advisors regarding the products. Regardless of showing the info from the TD website, incorrect information was provided. Tellers have always been friendly and helpful. TD customer service resolved it finally

I have dealt with a lot of banks in 40 years. This branch ranks at the top. Great staff. Friendly. Also good rewards I received for opening an account (Amazon gift cards).

To whom this may regardI have been a customer with TD for almost 8 years now it disheartens me to say that for the second time a TD ATM at your branch has taken my money without depositing into my account. I have insurance and bills I have to pay and unfortunately I will be the one paying the price of the NSF, Bad Credit, and also have to pay my insurance in full due to the machine malfunction. I rely on TD for my banking. I called and spoke to customer service super visor and they told me I have to wait 3-5 business days upon further request she said she would bump it on the priority and she couldn’t guarantee I would get the money deposited any sooner. I am very disappointed as I pay bank fees and can’t rely on a simple 640$ deposit. This is the second time This has happened. I will be voicing my experience online to see how many other people this has happened to because it’s not fair we are paying the price of a International bank that can’t have good machines doesn’t make any sense. If this isn’t resolved I definitely will be taking my banking elsewhere.UpdateVery bad customer service. I spoke to peter and Amanda the easy line customer supervisor was given false promises. Then after 3 business days again spoke to supervisor Imad who refused to give me to his manager Zaheer after my call dropped. Then I escalated to customer care line with Mary she just regurgitating what I’ve been already told and couldn’t come with a solution. I will take a my business else where and I have informed my family and friends about my experience they we shocked when I showed what TD kept telling me. I will also cancel my insurance with TD and will definitely never recommend this place again. I just want my rightful money and I will never deal with you again. I will post the experience I’ve had online to show what TD’s policy for investigating claims and me loosing credit score and insurance bouncing due to faulty machines.

Short lady with glasses is unfriendly. Threw the receipt at me when asked for it. Definitely the worst customer service I've received from any bank for that matter. I believe she is a supervisor. Daphne is great though.

Always clean, well lit at night for ATM, waiting times depend on the day you visit inside the bank
