Have great service on other orders (Paul)this time Using Mitch was a mess did not reply to emails ina timely manner or at all forgot to order merchandise from supplier thus we did not have it for event also omitted information on merchandise we did get that was days late

Horrible customer service!.. They order the wrong size shirt and stand and blame us for their mistake. Then refuse to correct the issue. Worse sales person. Needs to apologize, correct the issue and owe up to her mistake.

No response to a quote request done thru their website 2 weeks ago.

Needed shirts for a team of 25. Ordered 6 months in advance. Emailed and called 4 weeks before the date I needed them and no response. Finally got in touch with someone the week before and they had lost my order. I made another order at that time and they said they could have them to me in 2 weeks. Called 3 times and on the 3rd call got in touch with the sales rep that said he would check to see where the order was and would call me back that day. No phone call. I called yesterday and asked to speak to the owner. He said they don't have an order in the system for me yet again. He was beyond rude and didn't offer an apology. NEVER purchase from here.

We order hoodies from the Villager and love them! The response time was super quick. They did a really good job putting the details on the hoodie. The pricing is reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company!
