Waterscape Hot Tubs & Pools

We loved the shopping experience and sales person Ryan when we purchased in 2020. Since then we have been terribly disappointed with Waterscape. I want to write a positive review - but I simply can’t. They have not been able to sell us replacement filters after many (many!) requests - and we can’t find after market filters either. We’ve been asking for a replacement warranty part (broken plastic) and these replacement filters for well over a year to no avail. I understand there could be covid delays, but these should be long over by now. We absolutely love our tub - but the non-existent parts and poor service are hard to deal with.Update 11/28 - following this review the company addressed our service needs quickly. It shouldn’t have taken a year, but we are happy with the resolution.

The store is an inviting atmosphere and staff are friendly and take the time to explain everything. Store Manager (John) is amazing! New owner (Ryan) is involved and willing to help. I would gladly recommend for a Hot Tub, Swim Spa, etc.

I can’t say enough about the service we received from John during our hot tub purchase. He took the time to explain the products and packages and at no time did we feel pressured. Great job Waterscape!

Waterscape is where we bought our 7 person Hydropool Hot tub from here with our US stimulus money. The hot tub is incredibly solid and hadn’t had any issues. All the salespeople are friendly (notably John especially) and they used ZERO pressure tactics — so we didn’t even visit other stores where they turn up the sales pressure. We get weekly water tests for free and they answer any chemical questions anytime - even the salespeople. The business has been here for 25 years and that also made a difference. Can’t recommend them more !

Great customer service! Brian went out of his way to help me get a replacement cover for my tub when I needed one quickly. He not only tracked one down but also helped make arrangements to try to have it delivered to me outside of KW.

Great experience. Ryan and his team delivered my swim spa in a very difficultlocation 2 years ago. He runs his company like it's a family businesses. He is hands on from the start of the process to the end.I have referred Waterscapes to four of my nieghbours and friends. I own a high end custom fireplace millwork company and fireplace retail store. I am not easily impressed. I was impressed and would highly recommend Ryan and Waterscapes for such a high ticket item. Ifyou want value and quality for whatever you choose to spend you are in the right hands. He is knowledgable and provides a genuine personal service.Thanks guysKevin Foy

If you’re new to hot tubs and pools and you’re looking for a team that will help you learn the ropes, Waterscapes is it! I purchased my hot tub over a year ago and I have nothing but awesome things to say about this team. From the sales to maintenance, the team here have been nothing but welcoming and kind. They are always prompt in answering emails and providing suggestions and solutions when needed. This is my go-to place for all things hot tubs!

As a family, we were wondering about investing in a hot tub. We went on a fact-finding mission to Waterscape with no intention of buying immediately. John was kind enough to explain the “how-to’s” and he answered all of our questions. He even encouraged us to sit in various models to get a feel for the seats and gave us a few suggestions as to what to look for in the perfect hot tub for our needs. At no time did we feel any pressure to “Act now” to get this amazing price!!! The prices were fantastic and yes, we bought a hot tub. We highly recommend visiting Waterscape.

I held off doing this hoping we would get a resolution to our issues:1. Sales - Liz was very nice got us into a nice sundance spa - also purchased a gazebo to protect us from the elements. Liz made it easy2. Installation - delivered on time and the electrical folks did trench it up and got it all working. However it was December and they could not retrench.3. The lock and door depressor fell out on the gazebo - so asked for service - they said here are the instructions- it happens all the time - fix it yourself. However it was not just the lock but the depressor and I could not fix it.4. Fast forward to spring - I asked them to refill the trench and fix the door - nothing till I threatened a Lawyer - guess what they sent someone and the door is still not fixed and the electrical is the trench is still there.This is such bad after service - they do not even respond and hence I am here. They can sell these things - they can not take care of the after sale.

We purchased our hot tub through John Inglis. John has been great assisting us at every turn and answering lots of questions.During the deliver a small piece of the side panel was damaged along with the light. John quickly responded and had the service company deal with it right away.The service has been great and very reliable.
