I had to head out to my branch to handle an issue that they could not help me with over the phone. The service was excellent as usual but I was especially impressed with how this team was still providing their excellent service amid all the uncertainty. Efficient, professional and helpful as always. Keep it up!

I had a great experience here. My financial advisor Kaleigh and the senior banker Sarah were very helpful and guided me and told me everything that I needed to know and even more.P.S Aaron at front desk was also so polite and helpful as well.

Great service here! Came in to get something fixed on my account, and Brenda and her co-workers handled it quickly and competently. Their friendliness and persistence in figuring out the issue really made my day. Highly recommend their services. Thank you all so much for your help!

Lora is our financial manager. She has been very knowledgeable and responds to our phone calls and questions quickly. This branch is the best of BMO.

My advisor never mentioned anything regarding promotion programs. Had to find through google ads lol. I came to know today that there were few steps to be eligible for the $350 program that the advisor never mentioned. Now it says that a deposit had to be made by April 30,2023 and I came to know today about program when April 30 went like 20 days ago haha. Never experienced such an advisor and customer service where they didn’t suggested or told about any promotions.The bank was supposed to open at 9:30 am, me and a lady were waiting there since 9:25 am. We could see them at 9:30 but they were chatting and laughing when people were outside. We didn’t had problem waiting extra 3 minutes but it shows kind of how they didn’t care about customers waiting outside and everything here in Canada is so obedient and accurate in time, but this wasn’t.

Horrible customer service from Financial Services Manager AND Branch Manager. Only concerned with how much money they can make for the bank and do not give the best options for the customer. Go to a credit union where you are treated with dignity and they listen and understand your needs.

Worst customer service. Super rude staff. Would suggest everyone to bank with another bank instead. Can’t even give change if you don’t have an account. Why would I open an account with BMO when you don’t treat people properly who don’t have an account with you? Great way to get new customers!!!!

Never enough tellers at the busiest times of the day, and the branch is always trying to get out of having to provide teller services. Just hope the branch manager doesn't assume the role of a teller or you're in for a wild time with such wonderful services such as demeaning, belittling comments, or suggestions for products which make no sense to you. Maybe it's under-staffing, or maybe it's poor management. Either way, I will be giving the Georgian mall location a wide berth until they get their act together

I had questions about my line of credit and tried calling two of the branches listed closet to me. The voicemail system would make a good firewall for any computer. It does everything except help you talk to a real person. Of particular note; when you do find your way to press 3 for a branch directory, you must have the name of the person you wish to speak to. It does not give you any help to find someone or the department you might need. Then it insults you by saying “I did not hear any response.” Of course you didn't I don't have a name to enter. On my third try when it finally sent me to a spot where I could leave a message I did leave a number and my question. Some one will return your call as soon as possible". When I tried to call back over an hour later
