The Manager there went out of his way to make my kids feel important and joked around with them. He really made their day and now it's the only store they will go to for games and toys

I called they put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up and I had it on speaker so I know I dident press hang up cause I wasent touching my phone horrible service and completely rude

Worst & Crappy service! Called in early to reserve an item, low & behold after getting there through traffic and gas wasted. No one not either one of them admitted about the item I ask to be reserved. Didn't even acknowledged my phone call earlier & said neither of them receive my call. Must have dialled & talked to a ghost employee! Waste my time & gas!

Customer Service is what makes Customers come back....That is my motto and today, after visiting this location, I truly plan to make this my main E B Games location to shop at. Store Manager was very helpful as was the lady who worked with him. I am more than happy with the service I received and I plan to tell my friends about the amazing service I got.

Love this store! The staff are fantastic, friendly and since they are all gamers they know their stuff. I go in often just to say hi, even when I don't need my next xbox game fix!

Great place the employees went abroad to help me when I went and accidentally scratched off my pin number on the Nintendo Switch card.I walked out with the pin number a very happy customer. Thanks again EB Games for all the help you give to your customers.

Loved EB games until you find out their return/price adjustment policy. Bought PS4 VR 2 weeks ago and now they have it $100 off.. Any retailer lile BestBuy would definitely adjust the price but EB games... Has to be UNOPENED bahaha. Who doesn't open a product.

As a business sometimes you have to make a situation right. I'm not saying that the customer is always right. But when you have it in your power to make a situation right or at least make an effort that shows what kind of business you are. What ever Bestbuy is 20 second walk, in the same parking lot. EB Games will never get a red cent from me again. Poor excuse for customer service. It just takes one bad experience, and I have had it.

Only meet 3 of staffs. 2 female 1 male. All of them are friendly and knowledgeable. The male one himself is a master gamer"But if you want buy some new game which is not a big IP
