Enhance Dental Centre

It's been a while since I've seen a dentist. We moved to Quebec for 5 years, and I really liked Enhanced Dental before we moved. Then the pandemic happened. We moved back to Regina, and I was glad to return to see the staff at Enhanced! They're still really nice and friendly. I promise I'll be better and visit then regularly... :D

Really great, friendly and attentive staff who are all professional and great to talk to at all times. They make going to the dentist quite a pleasure!That said, I can't give Enhance Dental a full 5 stars, because of their not overly convenient hours. No evenings or weekend appointments, means I need take time off work, and not only that, but the one time I had an 11:15 or so appointment, they stopped at high noon and told me to come back with another appointment to finish up. That's not really putting the customer first, I think. So, that said, I now always book for 1 pm, right when they're back from lunch, and they almost always take me within 5 mins. So that's good.I'm still with Enhance Dental for now, because of the great service and staff, but I really hope they start expanding their hours into weekends or evenings like the competition, because they're starting to get tempting.

I recently had a filling fall out and came to Enhance dental centre to have it repaired. They were able to get me in promptly with an appointment the next day, and even stayed a little late after their office closed in order to accommodate me. They not only repaired it promptly, but also had time to complete an assessment on the rest of my teeth and provide me with an estimate for getting a crown on the tooth in the future. As well, they made sure to use enough freezing on my particularly sensitive tooth so that any pain was absolutely minimal. Great experience compared to other dental clinics that I have been to. Thank you Kelsey and the rest of the staff at Enhance dental centre for the prompt and quality service!

There is no one on one with the dentist here unless they are new at the cinic . The hygenist goes over results which is unacceptable .For what they charge for rates there should be more interaction with the dentist and the patient . Telling a client while they are in the chair they have to make up their mind on what they want done . I was having my tooth pulled and obviously could not talk . I am never goign back .

Service is at par. Staff are nice and efficient. Dr. Kelsey Nagy made my trips to the dentist exciting rather than horrifying. She made me feel very comfortable. Her professionalism and expertise is simply the best. Highly recommended. It’s definitely worth spending that hard earned money.

Amazing experience since the moment I walked in for a second opinion. The front staff were helpful and very polite. the prices were HALF what i was quoted from another dentist) the dentist Kelsey Nagy and her assistant were beyond perfect, from telling me exactly what they were doing to showing me on the monitor exactly what needed to be done. Today I left that office feeling like a new woman,these ladies went above and beyond to make my smile great . I highly recommend this clinic!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this office. I've dealt with all the dentists and many of the technicians. We used to live in the East end of the city and moved northwest. They are so good, we wont go anywhere else even though there are other places closer to us! There was one time that my boy had an allergic reaction and Dr. Tony responded to my texts to help to explain the procedure to the ER doctor and helped us to understand what he was reacting to. Afterwards the office followed up with me to make sure my boy was ok. Thankfully it was a one time reaction and no issues since.. but the fact that you get that level of care is priceless! For as long as they are in business, my family will be patients there!

Absolutely fantastic with my toddler. Patient and personable dental staff, and the office staff went above and beyond helping me with referrals and making sure my little guy got care when he ended up needing oral surgery. So thankful we went there, will definitely be going back for future dental needs!

Used to love this place and Dr Nagy but reception has ruined the entire experience for me. They ran up my insurance then billed me the overage. When I said I couldn't pay right away they became aggressive on the phone and yelled at me that I can ignore bills. Then when I called to pay then the money they told me the bill was handled since it was there screw up, since i have stated over and over not to do anything without insurance approval first. Now 3yrs later I call to make an appointment and they tell me I still owe 250$ from 3 yrs ago. No bill ever sent, no calls for the money. Now that I need a dentist you hit me with this. Will not be going again. I'll find someone else who's office staff can treat people like humans with a little respect.
