Wow!!!! The floor show with expert assistance from Cody has exceeded my expectations. We installed carpet in the basement, vinyl in our laundry room/powder room and a runner on our stairs. The quality of materials and installation is superior to what I’m used to from other companies. Cody was able to expertly navigate through what we needed and what we wanted. I recommend this company and Cody for all your flooring needs ❤️

The best staff. Very helpful, let you bring numerous samples home. Harriet was a great salesperson. They had a better price than the company that was doing our whole home with the builder. The installer Tom was probably the nicest person I have ever met. I would recommend them to everyone.Updated****Had The Floor Show install a tile wall. Once again Harriet was a great salesperson and the tile installers were the nicest people ever. Very respectful of being in our home and cleaned up after themselves. The installation was seamless and looks perfect.

Overall highly satisfied with my experience - carpet install for a basement open area and bedroom.Cody was attentive and knowledgeable throughout our interactions, as we selected products, worked within a budget, and booked estimate and install. He answered many questions along the way and was sure to follow up.They were able to fit the project in on a tight timeline, and I was impressed with speed and quality of work done by Glenn.Looking forward to many years of enjoying the new space!

I couldn't be happier with my total experience with the employees of The Floor Show. Harriett was my go to person at the store helping me cheerfully with her expertise for hardwood and carpet. She kept in touch and followed through with both orders - hardwood and carpet. The hardwood was a large job and Paul, the hardwood installer, was second to none. What a skilled carpenter, flawlessly joining herringbone design in the rooms to traditional boards in the hallways. He gave me lots of time and advice on the best look for the design. The result was exceptional and he was a joy to have in the house for a couple of weeks. Next came the carpet. Glen and his crew of his wife and son did a super job. The stairs, 3 bedrooms and two halls were finished in two days. They moved the furniture without any problems and replaced them and the doors perfectly. He is a skilled carpet layer and also a most pleasant person ( as were his crew) to have in the house. I couldn't be happier with Harriett, Paul and Glen. As a comparison, the other large flooring company in the city did not even return my request for a person to come out and measure up for the carpet. They said they would get back with a date and never did. I certainly didn't call them a second time. Choose The Floor Show for a professional job.

Amazing experience. We had an insurance claim that Katie and Dillan helped us with. I can not say enough good things about them. The supply chain has been broken for the past years and we were expecting a delay and it was. The carpet arrived three days before a serious deadline and the team at The Floor Show managed to not only deliver the carpet but had their installation team get it done over the weekend. Thanks again and would recommend them to all.

The Floor Show sales service from Troy was excellent - very professional and great to deal with. Rafael, one of their flooring installers, was a highly skilled tradesman who worked incredibly hard and did a fabulous job. My new kitchen floor is absolutely beautiful.I highly recommend The Floor Show as providing the best service, quality product, and installation services ever.

We had the best experience with Aleah, Jerry, Glenn, and the whole team at The Floor Show. Aleah made the purchase process so easy, let us take samples home to see them in our space, offered great advice, and scheduled us at the most convenient time for us. Jerry did a quick but thorough quote. We can’t speak highly enough of Glenn and his installation team. They were friendly, hardworking, and got the job done in a day. We love our carpet and are so happy with the finished product.

Building a cottage during the pandemic has been stressful at times, especially after being burned by other places that promised something would be in stock when they really don't have a clue when it will come in, resulted in tons of wasted time.Completely different experience at The Floor Show. Nikki helped present several different options based on our preferred colours and flooring type. The order lead time that was provided was truthful and accurate.Nikki even had someone from their install team reach out to me to give advice on stair nosings for a certain product as she knew I was self installing.Very happy with the product we settled on as well as the prompt and friendly service. Definitely go see Nikki if you're looking for flooring.

I have been in the process of renovating my kitchen and have experienced a tremendous amount of disappointment after disappointment. My experience with Harriet at The Floor Show was, however, one of professionalism and consideration! She kept me in the loop with every step and was easy to contact (certainly did not experience that with many other businesses). She was always very friendly and caring. I would definitely do business with her again - it was a pleasure!
