I was extremely impressed with the service provided to me by Scarfo & Son, a CAA service provider. I found myself several miles from home and could not start my car. i am a senior with some mobility issues so i could not just walk home.I have been a CAA member for 55 years so I called for service.A service vehicle arrived 40 minute later. Matt check my battery and determined it was dead. They were able to replace the battery and install it on the spotGreat Service - 5 starsBecome a CAA member. Thank you Heemant Backaran! This evening i hit a pot hole and got a flat tire. As a long time CAA member I called CAA and by coincidence there was a CAA vehicle in the same parking lot i pulled into. Heemant Backaran whom was in the CAA vehicle immediately pulled up as he noticed i needed assistance while i was on the line with the CAA agent. He spoke with the CAA agent and was asked to call CAA dispatch to get approval to service my car. Heemant took the time to go the extra mile for me which i appreciated. He was professional, polite, kind and put me back on the road safely. Definitely great service!

Ended up in the ditch during a storm and Chris from Scarfo and Sons came to pull me out. Chris was professional and kind. He informed me of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was patient and had me out of the ditch in less than 2 minutes. He even checked under my truck to make sure all the steering components were functioning, and that I was able to get home. Thanks again to Chris and Scarfo and Son for the help!
