My AC fan was not working, called for service appointment available for next day, Jesse was excellent, respectable and knowledgeable about the system and quickly rectified the problem with a single wire that was incorrectly installed. A motherboard was replaced last fall for a furnace issue. Problem solved. Thank you

Poor service. Applied for total home protection plan for 2 residential properties. Got 6 months free for 1 property and 9 months free for 2nd residence property. No email confirmation, no confirmation by mail. When you call customer care they say that they do not send email confirmation or mail. Is this a company or Banana Republic?

Jesse Lamantia…Best technician to my home in 30 years. He took the time to explain the issues and go through the repairs and general maintenance tips for my heating system.Seems like he is a life learner that was transferring knowledge in my direction. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a service technician.

Rauf H was great. He took the time to explain in detail what was wrong, parts required for furnace and replaced same. Also took the time to show indicators to watch out for in future for our 1999 Carrier furnace. Highly recommend.

Our experience with your Enercare Tech. Jesse Lamantia was very professional. He was knowledgable and informative in the service he provided regarding replacement and installation of thermostat and furnace testing. He made recommendations and was pleasant especially since he came out on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 14, 2023 which made us feel comfortable.

We have now had 3 appointments that have been cancelled. Not only are they cancelled, but they never tell you that they’re not coming. They tell you that they will be there within a 4 hour window and we are supposed to wait until someone arrives. We have been waiting for an accumulation of 12 hours for someone to come see our air conditioning unit. Very unprofessional - would recommend going with literally any other service provider that exists.

I am quite happy with Enercare’s technician who install water heater. He is very professional and completed his job. I highly pleased.

I've been renting a tankless water heater from Enercare for years without any issues till 6 days ago. NO hot water. I've had 3 technicians come to my house since then. The first, ordered a part and left. The second technician told me that the part ordered wasn't the issue and he proceeded to inspect the unit and advise me that the unit will be replaced the next day I verified with his manager over the phone that the install would be done at 9 am the next morning. When no technician showed up I waited patiently till the afternoon and called in to inquire. I was told that there was no record of a install being scheduled. I've spent my entire Saturday on the phone with various agents to no avail. I must say that the customer service or lack thereof from Enercare is the worst I have experienced in my entire life. They have no regard for me as a long standing customer and they have displayed no sense of urgency in getting my issue resolved. Six days and I'm still waiting.
