Nice building with a good rental price. Perfect for newcomers to Canada. Close to the different bus stops so it’s easier to get to various locations around the city with just 1 bus, sometimes 2 buses. 15 minutes to walk to the Forks or to the Osborne village. 10 minutes away from Safeway, Shoppers and Starbucks. Caretaker Jim reacts to the call or messages immediately which is very important.

There aren’t enough nice things in the world that I can say about this building and its caretaker. Jim is very responsive to tenant needs and efficient at every task I’ve seen him perform. My family and friends all say they wish they would have had a Jim when they lived in apartments!

I’ve Been here for the last 5 years, easily accessible to mostly everything. Got a very nice river view. Jim (Caretaker) is very friendly and respectful. He makes sure we are comfortable in our apartment. He is very responsive and gets things done ASAP.

We love living here. The apartment is clean and spacious, and the location is great if you like downtown living. Close to the Forks and skating trails in the winter, as well as great restaurants and shopping. Tenants are friendly. The building is well kept and the caretaker (Jim) is approachable, hardworking with an attention to detail. If we have concerns, he addresses them. Thank you!

!!!! Amazing place to live !!!!The two bedroom apartment are really good in shape. Utilities run in pretty good manner and in case there is problem regarding anything in the building, I must say caretaker takes care of that in priority basis…I also like the area as a couple convenient stores are nearby… bus service is pretty frequent as well. The Forks is just 10-15 mins away (walking). There is a court right in front of the building amazing for any kind of sport..Overall..fun place to live !!!

I was living in 21 mayfair place. My lease ended at the end of the July since then I am trying to get my deposit back. After hundreds of calls they replied me that I am not able to receive deposit back ,even I needs to pay them $360 extra. They accounted around $1000for painting, cleaning and carpet wash but their was not any damage or anything wrong with painting or carpet. Now they tell me to go for residential tenants branch.Even during move out, caretaker told that no any spots left for elevator and we needs to use stairs from 8th floor which sounds like impractical. We talked to property manager but no solution so we moved out our furniture before 2days. Care taker also told that she is not available to last checking in our home and made move out report without us which showed false information. I don’t wants to give even 1star. Because in my busy schedule they are giving me more stress for my deposit and extra money. Even though still my case is in reviewing with Residential tenants branch.

Take pictures of everything. They will charge you for completely made up stuff when you move out.There were no damages. Luckily I took pictures. You attempted to charge for professional carpet cleaning for anyone moving out, regardless of if there were damages.*The move out report showed no damages, stains or cleaning was necessary.*Having the carpet professionally cleaned was not something we agreed to in the lease agreement. This is not something required by RTB unless there are stains/damages.Your proof" that you sent to RTB was a copy of the cleaning bill. Should I send you my dry cleaning receipts? How about my grocery bill?The fact that you decided to get the carpet cleaned after we moved out is irrelevant to what we're obligated to do."

One of the best place to live. Clean and spacious apartments. The apartments had everything a person would need. All the convenient stores were easily accessible. One of the best factor was the bus stations are very near to the location. Other than that the caretaker of the building makes it a wonderful place to live as he take care of each and everything and he is very co-operative and manages everything so that everything should be done in proper manner….

The place is comfortable and feels safe. The caretaker Jim does a great job keeping it clean as well as dealing with any problems as they come up. Their no scents or pets policy has been a big bonus. Suffice to say I like it here

It's a really nice place. The location is suitable and accessible to all necessities. Also, the caretaker of the building is really good. He takes care of every kind of problem and very co-operative.
