Great place for a visit

Nicest town. It has everything

I was raised in a town saturated in history. Smiths Falls Ontario. My most precious of memories include a man who was a giant to me. He was a good giant.He protected our community;long after his retirement, this man continued to be a watchman. I'd see him late at night, parked in his car, a poodle at his side, watching places such as Victoria Park. Most importantly for me, he scored me snow shoveling jobs. To teach me independance and keep me out of trouble. You should know him ,by his photos, especially if you're my age. And, while I think of it, a perfect marksman.His name was Reg Wride and he policed our community for many years. I was privileged to be friends with his daughter, Donna.

Carwash is good at all temperature. Last time I was there it was -22. And it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to clean your car

Smith's Falls a beautiful friendly place. Absolutely loved sitting by the locks watching the boats go out. Could spend hours there if l could.

Has a very nice park to walk around. Has several bridges you can cross the river over, and towards a mini island in the middle.Be careful if you have kids going because one side of the river path has no fences to keep your children from going towards the edges and possibly falling into the water. (I think that side was kept open for boats or swimming.)

Not my home town,but it's sister town.speant alot of time here over the last 20 or so years.neautiful quiet, very relaxing to sit and, Bee quiet.

This is a small little sleepy town whose sleepy administration dreams big....The town administration should really put in some really good efforts to make those dreams come true.

Nice town along the Rideau Canal. Has a population around 10000 people. Many shops and restaurants. Scenic spots to walk by the water and can see how the locks operate during the warmer weather. A crossroads" between larger cities. Halfway between Ottawa

Rather sad small town deserted by Hershey… leaving the town on its heels. Several vagrants on the streets..
