Dee and the team at Tailspin are amazing! Billie is a senior dog with a few health issues and I never worry about leaving her there. They take such great care of her and she always comes home looking, smelling and feeling fresh. I highly recommend Dee and the Tailspin team!

Dee and her team at Tailspin are absolutely wonderful. They have taken care of my pup with great kindness, patience and love. Arlo can be a nervous pup, but he loves going to Tailspin and always comes home happy and looking wonderful. We are so thrilled to have found Dee and her team. I could not recommend them more highly.

I was quoted the price of $90, I was shocked when I picked up my dog and there was NO justification as to why I was charged $120 for a little Shi-Poo who is a well behaved senior dog. NO EXCUSE. You need to learn how to retain customers and not give price shock when picking up the dog after the haircut. I've taken my dogs for grooming for 20 years to other groomers so I know by experience this is not ethical. Other than that, the hair was cut uneven and was not cut short as requested. Definitely not going back. They said it ranges and starts at $90 it can be more if the dog needs more than one handler, condition of the coat which did not apply to my dog. Shady way to do business.

horrible place took my dog here to get his hair cut and he was shaved to the skin but i didnt think much of it cuz his hair was matted so i gave the place a second chance and it was cut to the skin once again when i clearly stated not to i was also called early cuz they couldnt finish cutting him they said he was aggressive. His hair been cut before at other place without any problem the workers here arent professional at all they dont know how to handle a dog and r horrible groomers stay away sadly my dog is left with bald spots every where and traumatized.To respond to your review my dog fur was completely fine. Stop trying to make excuses for the horrible, unprofessional staff you have. I have never experienced any problems with other groomers but you. I will make sure to provide my thoughts of this place to others since my time was wasted when I clearly asked if you could groom him and you responded saying yes, but my dog got home with bald spots and was terrified from the experience. I'll insert some pics of how horrible my dog was groomed there compared to many of other placers i taken him before. Tail Spin’s has been grooming our Bichon for six years and they do an amazing job. Whenever we walk him someone usually comments on how great he looks and often we’re asked where we get him groomed. They’re simply the best.

Amazing experience every time!! Yoshi is an Aussie doodle mix and always so happy after each groom with Ru! We have been visiting Tail Spin Dog Spa since Yoshi was 4 months old (will be 1 year soon) and they never disappoint!! The care Ru takes with her each time and the genuine excitement makes me feel like I am leaving her in excellent hands.

My dog Harry has been attending Tailspin for years. This is by far the best grooming service I have ever used and I have tried many. Harry looks great each and every time and he and I are both so well treated by Dee and her stuff. They are professional, friendly, attentive and experienced. I highly recommend and so does Harry!

I absolutely trust the staff here with my dog. I have a teacup poodle that have soft puppy hair. She can become hypoglycemic if stressed. They finished the job fast and my dog walked out pretty and happy. Their lovely staff even added a cute little scarf to complete the look, I love it! They charged me at a very reasonable price as my dog is well trained for grooming, besides, I comb her everyday to make sure her hair is not tangled. If you are considerate to others, they will treat you the same way.
