I called for an emergency Samsung fridge repair and got a lovely reception staff whom answered all my questions promptly and took my details and I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was very happy with the technician he was courteous and offered several options for long term or short term repair because I was thinking to sell my home soon. They were transparent with the prices and I got a written receipt explaining all that was done and the appropriate warranty provided! I am very happy with this company and would recommend them.
