Home Depot's contracting services referred Lisa Horvath to me regarding renovating my bathroom recently. Lisa and her team did a wonderful job in renovated my bathroom and gave excellent advice on colour and type of tiles to use. I found Lisa very responsive and patient to my needs and time, as well as with my condo office. I highly recommend using Lisa and her team for any renovation job. They did a great job on the porch stairs. No complaints there.We then contracted for new porch rails with a post.I gave them $1200 for the post back in August 2019. Over the next few months there were many texts wondering when the job would be finished. One excuse was that the post wasn't the right height (ok, I get it). Then another excuse was that a new manager was at the company contracted for the post. We'll aren't there other companies that supply posts?I even got Home Depot involved, but to no avail. BTW, Home Depot recommended this company but they said I was on my own.The last 2 texts exchanged with Lisa Horvath was on August 11, 2020:ME: It would be a lot better if my veranda rails were installed.HER: Yes. I agree. I will work on it.It's now September 18, 2020.Does it take this long to install rails?

I obtained a ŕeferral to this contractor from home Depot when I called them to get my front walk replaced with interlock . They did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner , Lisa. I did not know what I wanted in the beginning however she helped her thru the process with much patience she returned all my calls promptly and the workers were hard working and also helpful answering all my questions . I will be sure to contact them sure for any future work I may need done as they do all types of renvations.
