Dr. Hanna Lotocka-Reysner

She was the kind and warm and just overall wonderful. You couldn’t ask for more amazing doctor.

I have had one experience with Dr. Lotocka-Reysner, which was during the pandemic, so the appointment was over the phone. I found Dr. Lotocka-Reysner to be very professional, kind and a great communicator.So why the 2 star rating?While I can appreciate it is a busy time for all these days, I still DO expect a certain level of service and courtesy from a professional that I depend on, to care for my child. It has been a few weeks since my family physician sent Dr. Lotocka-Reysner's office a referral and we have not heard a peep from her or her office. I have followed up with a call and voicemail a week back and heard nothing back.A basic courtesy of a call would be appreciated and with all the technology in this world, her office seems challenged to at least change her voicemail to the effect of Hey

I just called to enquire about taking my baby here and the receptionist couldn’t be more rude and hung up on me. So I called back & told her to quit if she doesn’t like her job but not to be so short and rude! I’ll be finding another doctors office, don’t want to have to deal with that when my child needs care.

What a waste of time with this doctor I have 4 years diagnosed with autism I had appointment she was rude uncontrollable called me liar I had couple questions she ignored me .front desk was professional answer my all questions not recommending at all don’t waste your time
